We needed an hotel close to the airport. The hotel is not new but it is actually really nice. The staff was great!!! The room in general was comfy. The breakfast itself was ok. They prepare food as needed, so we needed to ask and wait for more food to come available.

Good staff and cleanliness. Poor internet speed, and terrible location.

The location is not for tourist, it is industrial Good for workers. No places to go around or restaurants, in the middle of a highway

The front desk staff was excellent! Fernando went over and beyond to help us with a few issues we had that day. He even drove us to a store we couldn’t find after his shift was over! The cleaning staff wasn’t that great as we had to go down and ask for supplies she didn’t replace. Also, poor job cleaning our room and common areas

Nice and available personnel. Bar 24hrs good if you have an early flight. Food and drink dispenser with credit card, good...unless credit card does not work. Absolutely too much noise from the front road. However the room was confy and it is good for a quick stop.

Where to start with this hotel? Although it is supposed to be a Best Western hotel it is nowhere near the standards that this chain is supposed to be striving for. To be fair, it looks like aside from the logo on the entrance door and reception, BW is trying its best to avoid being associated with this hotel, and it’s completely understandable. The location is near a highway and impossible to access without a car (even with one it’s not easily findable on the highway). If you are lucky to have a car you will enjoy the thrill of merging into a highway with no prior access lines. Looking at the ‘amenities’, the swimming pool has been abandoned for years, like the improbable tennis courts behind the hotel. The overall aspect and cleanliness of the hotel is FAR from what we could expect in 2021 for an international hotel chain. At that stage it’s not ‘retro motel vibes’ but downright creepy. In short: avoid this hotel.

It’s a decent hotel to spend the night. Not much to do around but can take a taxi to do shopping which is about 5 miles.

Rétro charm and impeccable service, arrived very late and booked last minute but staff were gracious and welcoming.

I didn’t like the distance to the city center or the fact that the only way to get around from this location was by expensive taxi’s. I loved the friendliness and professionalism of the staff! They were all first class.

Hotel is very satisfactory for the price.

Front desk staff and housekeeping staff was very polite, professional and accommodating. The lobby, restaurant, and bar had a comfortable atmosphere. The wi-fi was inconvenient to access. The pool was very beautiful but needed to be cleaned.

Not nice at all. Especially the location. On a freeway and driving to and from is a nightmare because you have only one way exit . The staff were nice but the hotel nothing special at all. Old !! And breakfast was really average nothing flash.

The rooms were bright and spacious as was the bathroom. The pool was lovely as well

There was no hospitality. Description is rather deceptive, not easily accessible. The place seems designed for big noisy families or groups, so I withstood all the noisy of kids up and down the stairs as the elevators were faulty. in the morning I simply asked direction to the breakfast room, the reception lady thought maybe am going to scrounge and warned me that “breakfast is not included in your room” - seriously? I knew I would pay my own breakfast. I knew details of my booking.. Least she w’d have done is ask “ would you like me to check what your booking includes “ exactly what in a recent visit to another destination I was asked. Only positive was the breakfast staff were very hospitable. Overall not a place to come back to, never a place for an intense work getaway and I highly doubt if couples would consider the place for a Romantic getaway. Adios Modugno, maybe good for many others but certainly not for me.

We are not fond of this hotel despite the comfortable rooms.

The air conditioner sounded like a 1950s propeller plane. The shower water stream was so little I had to practically have my head against the wall. The hot water maker they gave gave off the smell of something toxic! The refrigerator didnt work plus nothing in it! And worst of all the elevator which wasnt so close to my room keep me up. You can hear the squeaking shaft going up and down, just terrible!

Attending family event in Bari. Hotel was convenient. The reception staff were very helpful. The location is on edge of industrial park on main road with access only from one side of divided highway. A car is almost essential unless you use taxi

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was satisfactory.

Needed a hotel near the airport and this one fitted the bill. Easy to get to and even has a good sized swimming pool but is located on a very busy road. Staff are friendly. The waiter in the restaurant on the evening was very professional but he had a very basic menu to work with and a one star would be all the restaurant could be rated - the waiter on the other hand would get 3 stars !!

Finding the hotel was a mess. We used three different map soft wares and had yet big difficulties finding it. Needs to be better explained at web site. Apart from that, good value for one night stay - it is absolutely not a resort...

I stay in a lot of Hotels and picked this one based on the reviews/ratings.A taxi from the airport is 25euro and if you are travelling by car, it has good Autostrada/Motorway connections and is easy to find.The Staff are great, the Hotel has some flare still in it, there is plenty of lobby space, a bar area and a sheltered balcony out front.I ate well at the restaurant too, all in all, great services.The rooms are a good standard as a Best Western Hotel and Ill have to go back in the summer to try out the pool.....J

a very quick overnight stay for business purposes. Checked in really late and checked out early so just a clean and nice place to briefly sleep

hotel,is located on a dual carriageway so we could only find access from one direction and it is a small entrance so you could miss it. Once arrived the staff are very friendly and able to speak English. Our flight was late so we didnt arrive until 10.00pm but they were able to provide us with a light dinner. Although situated on a main road the rooms were quiet, so an ideal good value place to stay overnight when arriving late into Bari

Not luxurious but a good clean hotel with a pool that is in a convenient location for visiting Bari or close to the airport. We had the pool to ourselves for nearly a whole day. Breakfast could have been better but there was cereal, and basic continental choice. Room booked was a double and a single bed, spacious and clean with air con and free wifi.
