We had to evacuate our home due to mold and our Stay felt like home. Had a lovely breakfast and dinner and the Employees were all so helpful and kind! The rooms are designed to be comfy and spacious!

The location of the hotel is calm and quiet; however it is a good 12-15 minute drive inland, away from restaurants, stores and Interstate 5. Staff were very pleasant. Stayed in a two bedroom, two bath suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast buffet was decent, lots of options.

Furniture was really outdated, tvs were not smart tvs, but the bathroom was large, plenty of stuff to cook with in the kitchen as well. Great size fridge.

I've had the opportunity to visit several hotels and let me tell you this hotel is the best of the best. If I could give this hotel a 100 stars I would. There customer service, cleanliness, amenities and breakfast was extraordinary.

When I walked in, I smelled a clean crisp, cool room. It was very inviting and spacious. I will definitely come back. I was celebrating my birthday, so I treated myself with a hotel room and hung out by the pool for a little while. The hotel offers Breakfast every day and dinner Monday through Thursday so maybe I will take advantage next time and stay during the week.

The staff was all friendly and helpful. Too bad the housekeepers aren’t able to clean rooms in the morning for those of us not checking out! They have to ready empty rooms first. Not fair to your multi-night guests.

Overall good property. Breakfast is decent. One issue I had was the bathroom toilet clogged easily and the flusher tank took so long to fill up. We were out while it was still clogged. I assumed that if the cleaners came and saw that the toilet was clogged, that they would notify maintenance. However they did not, and we came back to our room and it was still clogged.

David (I think) and Téa, from the Yugioh show of course, we’re very welcoming at the front counter. The two kitchen workers in the back during dinner were excellent as well. They all provided exceptional service that you can’t find just anywhere. This will be my go to when’s we I’m in the area from now on. Clean rooms, free breakfast and dinner, great staff. Those are key for me.

I was given a room above the loft-like cafeteria area. There were a large group of loud people to talked very loudly past midnight. Also, the trip button on the electrical outlet in the bathroom kept loudly popping on and off. It was not a restful stay.

I stayed on the 2nd floor and the above floor you could hear them stomping around till 10:30pm and woken up at 4am with the same.

Overall, it is a fantastic hotel for family. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was big enough for family to move around. The breakfast was fine but not something we utilized much.
I want to emphasize something about the location. It is in a very nice area quiet and safe. However, it is surrounded by toll freeway which is something not the hotel can control but something to be aware of. We have been going in and out the hotel a lot (family travel) and each way is about $4 and that adds up. Other than that, it is a great hotel.
