The location of the hotel is nice at the end of a side street, off the main streets. The first impression is lovely. I was greeted by a receptionist who was, for some reason, very unfriendly, and seemed to have been forced to service the clients, i.e., me. It was explained to me that I have chosen a Superior room so it is a non-smoking room. I looked at the room and saw nothing Superior in it, including very unpleasing permanent carpet stains, and a very limited space for seating next to the desk. As I am a business traveller, the desk is important to me not less than the bed, so I asked to see the regular smoking room. The lady sent me to see the other room with no instructions of how to get there so I had to stroll around and get back to her and "force" her to explain to me how to get there (the property is divided into 2 units with plenty of stairs and corridors). Shockingly, it was indeed smaller so I gave up the smoking option and chose to stay with my "Superior" rooms. Other than the carpet and the narrow seating, the room was fine. Luckily, the weather was nice so the lack of A/C did not trouble me. There was a minibar in the room, which was positively surprising. The morning check out receptionist looked much friendlier than the check in lady. Maybe she had a bad day, but a feeling cannot be easily changed. All in all, I would probably choose another hotel for my next trip to Hannover.

Friendly staff and a clean hotel

Room clean, Property quiet, no problems with Parking. Only issue was from the people smoking below our room and the smoke in our room. we could not keep our window open.

It was really a pleasure to stay in Ghotel . I spent 4 days and it was really comfortable. Breakfast was good, services very good and restaurant too. If I will be back in Hannover I will stay again

Overall really nice hotel. We were passing through Hannover and stayed for one night. Due to building works next door, the entrance was easy to miss and then the parking is in a different location too (back of the hotel). Very clean and comfortable, thankfully our room was facing quiet side, so we could leave windows open all night on a warm night, as there is no air con. Definitely one to remember for next time.

Very practical hotel and good value for money. Basic and small but satisfactory rooms. We had a double which consisted of two continental single mattresses. One was comfortable the other not so much. Bathroom again is small but adequate with a good sized shower. Very good wardrobe space. Very quite location. Probably best suitable for business use. We were visiting family in Hannover and only needed somewhere to sleep, we didn’t eat at the hotel. It was our third stay here and I’d use it again. A supermarket and bakery as well as a few other shops are nearby. Well placed within easy access to main roads.

Lots of parking spaces, modern building

People sang loud at 02:00 Till about 0400 hours and carried on most of the night. - at times knocking at our door and yelling. This happened at our last night there. Before that it was very quiet and peaceful.

It was nice to stay. I could recommend this hotel :) The Room was clean and the bathroom was completed with soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. What special is: it was free for all drinks in room’s refrigerator with Beer, Sekt, Cola and Mineral water!!! You get free chocolate in room too als Snack. You don’t get it whereas, only in this hotel :) For the Breakfast was also ok, it has Salmon, Breads, Cheese, Yogurt etc.

Great hotel. Comfortable room with a nice bathroom and shower. Free parking. Bus stop not too far. Good restaurant with tasty food and reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice breakfast and dinner, room was clean. Wifi was good and free minibar.

Excellent hotel that accommodates you and you larger pets. We took two collies and found it accommodating very well.

A well served and presented Hotel. Our dogs were very welcome. Plenty of dog exercise space.

Parking seemed to be a general problem and the hotel is not really near enough to Hannovers otherwise excellent bus and tram system to be public transport friendly. The hotel is very spread out and, although our room was on the ground floor, it was quite a long walk to get back to reception etc.

Entrance from street hard to find(terribly sign posted). Parking appeared to have lack of security. Service in resturant very slow during what did not appear to be a busy time. Rooms and beds comfortable.

I stayed 2 nights. The room was small but comfortable. The bed was a little skinny but otherwise good.The bathroom was small and efficient. Free internet worked fine.The location is far away from anything else like a restaurant. The hotel restaurant has no atmosphere and hardly nopersonnel. The second evening I waited for over 30 minutes to get a glass of wine and to order the food.The food took another 40 minutes to be delivered
