Have stayed here many times. Always friendly service from the front desk. Rooms are always spotless and the location is perfect.

Ants in my room and they sprayed while I was in there.
The room was extremely small and adjacent to a small room for breakfast that was open to guests to sit in at all times. There was a group of people sitting in there talking very loud until 12:30 am on the night of my stay and I could hear every word of their conversation (walls very thin).

We lost our credit card, room was prepaid, we have stayed here numerous times and they were not giving us doable options to pay for the $100 deposit. Maybe you should have other options such as Zelle or Paypal.

Lovely place for the price

Compared to all the other hotels that we have stayed at on E St and Broadway in Chula Vista this is by far the best hotel. They have nicer, cleaner and newer rooms. My son joined us so we asked if we could get a double bed they upgraded us with no extra charge.

Kind staff, nice breakfast, and nice weather. If you have rental cars, you can go everywhere very easily using North and South freeway.

Overall this was a good place to stay for a short trip. The place is a little loud and you can hear most things that happen in the hallway outside and the room next door. I also did not like the wood blinds and felt like they didn’t provide enough coverage for light and for people walking by. The shower also never really got hot which was annoying. Overall the staff is friendly and the place is clean and undated.

The housekeeper decided to change the trash can and sweep right outside our door. She continuously hit the door with broom. Basically made a lot noise right outside our room and woke us up.

Staff was super nice but the noise in the area started around 6am and couldn’t sleep in.

When we arrived we checked in and walked into a dirty room, they gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned. The person in the front desk didn’t believe us so he had to come check for himself. They gave us another one which the ac nor tv remote worked at all. That same night at 1:30 am the room upstairs in 407 I believe had been making noise for an hour in a half. You can hear a child running back and forth while we were trying to sleep

Early half hour check in and complimentary champagne! There was an issue with our key card it was not working and they were nice enough to switch us rooms. However the other room there was glass on the shower and the TV was not working.

It was a nice small room, and it did what I wanted it for. The employees were friendly, and helpful. Some things I didn't like is that the a/c made a loud noise about every 5 minutes, so it was a little difficult to sleep at night. Just a warning for people who like to have cold drinks, they have no fridge in the room. You'll have to walk next door for a cold drink. I'm not counting this against them, but their Internet went out for a little bit, and was unable to watch TV because it required Internet. Overall, it's a decent place to stay at for the money.

People loitering in the parking lot and smoking. Area is really close to the highway and cars can be heard all night. Bed and restroom was really clean.

The hospitality was excellent and the room was clean. They lose stars on the fact that water pipes in the walls squeaked so loud that me and my wife did not sleep. Also, their king size bed was not that, it definitely was closer to a queen size bed.

Hotel was not in a nice area, called ahead and asked if we could do an early check in and they told us yes but did not end up checking in till 2pm. The hotel was not very clean, super thin walls, if you stayed on the lower floor you could hear foot steps from above all night long. The ac wasn’t cold, felt humid, the drain in the sink had a funky smell when water would go down.

I like the room and the shower was cool. No complaints to make about the staff. I did not score a 5 but they were accommodating, courteous, and professional. Therefore, I give the property a 5-star review.
