Great hotel at a great price

Booked 2 x double rooms with an extra bed. Expedia booking was for family of 5. Upon checkin they gave us 2 room keys and I even asked one of them needs to have an extra bed. Once we got to the room both were twin rooms with only 2 beds. I called them and they said booking was only for 4 people but the booking was for 2 rooms with 3 beds each. I have it on an email. They said they wanted more money which I was not happy about. Unfortunately there was now the biggest queue in history at reception so we handed our keys back and said this was not what we paid for. I told them if they charged my credit card I would just file a charge back with Amex. Poor customer service and all they had to do was swap out a room or give us an extra bed without reverting to asking for extra costs. Customer service goes a long was and the greed of trying to charge more for what people already paid for just puts people off and is unnecessary.

Nice hotel, seriously slow at reception to do anything for you... Really painful especially on holiday when time is of the essence. Bath/shower was very unsafe, too deep for my wife to get out safelyand no handrails.. lady at the roof top bar was really helpful and nice.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. Staff were very friendly and helped with our requests. The room was clean and AC was working great. Good location, and housekeeping was very consistent. I’d recommend to anybody staying in Cordoba, it’s a great hotel!

Great location, beautiful room, spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only few little things could be better maintained like the shower part was loose but it wasn’t an issue.

We found this an excellent hotel. Only a 10 minute walk from the main train station. Another benefit was a swimming pool.

We stayed is a spacious room that was well furnished, including free bottle of cold champagne waiting for us as one of Expedia's VIP Access properties.The hotel is within easy walking distance to bus and train stations, restaurants, and downtown shopping. The breakfast buffet was ample, and included good variety. Our only negative experience was the combination tub/shower that was awkward climbing in and out.

The hotel was nice and in a good location. We had to ask twice for the free bottle of sparkling wine that came with our room. The rooms were nice and clean, but the hallway on our floor sneezed like cigarettes. I also got a large bruise on my thigh when getting out of the shower. The tub is really high with minimal bar support.

Great hotel with easy parking and close to the center. No issues at all

We personally did not like Cordoba. We traveled from Saville after spending four nights which is a much nicer city. We had a room at the front of the hotel. The street noise was bad - Traffic plus people talking and laughing until early hours of the morning from a Tapas Bar on the corner close to the hotel. It was a Friday Saturday night. Maybe during the week it will be ok. If you stay here ask for a quiet room. I know it is a city and you will always get noise. Apart from that the hotel was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable.

From checkin to check out it was a wonderful experience! We will be back!!

The property was really good. The roof top pool was quite nice. The staff were very friendly . The only two concerns , The wifi was not great, always dropping. I wasn’t expecting an A grade gym set up, but the gym area was sub standard

Cordoba Center is a business hotel primarily that offers parking which is difficult to find. You can get to all attractions with a Taxi easily. Breakfast was very basic and did not meet expectations. There are options directly outside the hotel. Staff seems uninterested in providing any type of service. The rooms, however, make this hotel a great value as they are quite large. We had a suite and were very comfortable. There is a nice rooftop pool and even though they have a bar there no poolside service...

Lovely clean spacious hotel with fabulous roof terrace and pool. Easy to access arriving by car and good car park. Slight walk into town but very pleasant. Loved it.

Well positioned within walking distance of the historic centre, restaurants, and train station.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with many options. Parking is right-there convenient.

The property was nice and the staff especially at the front desk on my check in day were especially nice and helpful.

Conditions and facilities are too old and too difficult be used, especially for senior people.
