Everything was fine until morning no juice glasses no syrup for waffles no yogurt the girl at the desk was wearing a filthy Wingate shirt and a dirty hoodie and she couldn’t be bothered with anything I asked for she told me to go into the supply room and look myself so we decided to just leave and buy breakfast elsewhere

The room was clean and comfortable. We were missing a few toiletry items and the remote for the tv, but the front desk took care of that upon request. The continental breakfast was great with many different choices. We would stay again.

It was just an absolutely horrible hotel. The room was damp and humid and smelled like mold. Mold was discovered on the blanket. They had no other comforters to replace it with, so we got some thin blankets instead. Hand prints on the headboard, bathroom sink did not drain, giant water spot/water damage on ceiling. I couldn't wait to get out of there, but I had to stay to evacuate from a hurricane! :(

It was a very nice day. Easy access from 95. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The showers were hot and pressure was good. Breakfast was adequate. Plenty to choose from. Have stayed here before, and will stay again when we travel.

Staff are nice and pleasant. It looks like management has put an effort to make the rooms more presentable however they still seem dated.
I was not happy with my stay because I woke up at 4:00 in the morning to loud voices outside my window.

The staff was excellent! The first room we had was alright. We had to change rooms due to equipment issues with the ac unit. The second room the only complaint is they had used shampoo left out. It was nearly empty. If I depended on that, I would have had to get new ones. Ice machine not working, atm not working, washer/dryer not working. Key card access works sometimes, which isn't good when your spouse is sleeping and you cant get in the door.

Every room had a strong mold smell. I asked for a discount. The manager refused, saying that the rooms were all "dated". I contacted corporate customer service, they suggested i resolve it with the same manager. Useless.
The area that hotel is in is next to lower level hotels, lots of sketchy characters around. More than once, i saw people parked in their car in the lot,, coming and going. They were definitely not guests at the hotel.
Stay away, scummy place, bad service, moldy rooms.

The floors in our room were sticky so we wore our shoes. On the frame of one of the beds, there was a metal piece that was sticking out so I put a suitcase in front of it so no one could cut themselves on it. I did not bring this to the attention of the staff as it was late when we arrive and we left early in the morning
However, the staff at check in and check out were very nice and provided excellent service. We have a large dog and she was accomodated well.

I got stuck in the elevator with the kids had to wait on the fire department. The first night they gave us a room & the entire room
Smelled like something wet ! We unpacked second guessed it unpacked anyway got ready to shower water on the floor then in the bathroom guess something was leaking & the bed was wet both of them & the carpet on the first floor then they gave us a room on the third floor! We had no trash emptied the entire time nor did we get towels changed out we literally had to find things ourselves. I rather sleep outside!

They need to train the employees how to cook the breakfasr. Alot of the sausage was overcooked like a hockey puck and the taters were undercooked and still raw and crunchy. Simple youtube on cooking basics would fix that issue. They also need to check the milk to make sire it has not spoiled. I put milk in my coffee and it tasted a bit off and then I finished the milk in my glass and I was then able to tell it went bad. I lost my cookies and was sick afterward. This is an old Sleep Inn remodeled as a Wingate and is very clean. They need to make sure TP and coffee cups are in the room. I don't think this meets the Wyndam standard imo.

The entire staff needs training in Guest Relations and Customer Service! In my 4 days of staying at this hotel, NOT ONCE did the staff acknowledge my presence with a simple greeting of the day. Their cellphone was definitely their number one priority as their faces were constantly planted downward as I had to walk directly past the front desk to get to my room which was about 20 feet away the front desk. Face & hand towels were not provided in the room at all. When I asked the front desk clerk about these, she told me they didn't have any. Huh??

The hotel offer a pool, but you need to walk around the neighbor hotel and use it.

Absolutely delightful! A rare find at this price point. Clean, nice linens, good towels, excellent tub and bathroom, clean throughout building, spotless breakfast area. This was definitely the best hotel of our trip. Will definitely return!

This was a wonderful value for a one night stay, less expensive than all the rest. Clean, though a little worn, especially the carpeting, which did not affect our stay at all. The breakfast was good with lots of options and the staff was extremely helpful.

It was the worst experience I don’t usually leave reviews but this time I have to. The room wasn’t clean at all, not shower curtain, the toilet was pee on it. The lady at the front desk she didn’t care about it and don’t listen what I said.

short staffed; we couldn't get in our room one afternoon & it took almost an hour for them to fix the key pad; no maintenance-the host had to fix the problem; the room was really small & hard to get around in-we turned luggage table on side because it made entrance to the room too small & my sister hit her leg on the table; breakfast not stocked the last day of our stay; not right size containers for the oatmeal & was unsafe for adding hot water; the hostess was asleep behind the counter when we were ready to check out
