The hotel and room were very nice - clean and comfortable. I liked how the rooms were set up so you could clearly see out the big windows from the bed. Close to the airport and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance.

I liked the bathroom, it had everything one needs. The dinner restaurant is average for the money, but the breakfast was excellent.
Although asking for 5 euro breakfast when one pays $280 a night is bit confusing. Parking is 16 euro a day.

Disappointed the restaurant was closed as it was a reason we booked, as we only stayed one night prior to flying out from Madrid. It wasn’t too inconvenient though as there were restaurants not too far away, we walked to the mall but took cab to return. The breakfast buffet was large however and plenty of options and good food.

Very nice hotel great amenities the only complaint is the shower water temperature kind of fluctuated from cool to hot even when you didn’t move the handle or adjust it

the Hotel was pretty empty on the day I stayed there. however there was a young soccer team with 12-14 year old boys that slammed doors all night. my room was right in the middle of them even tho there were plenty of rooms in other floors available.
the restaurant was closed and nearby dinning was poor.
I would not stay there again.

Woke up sweaty bc AC turned off & thermostat didn’t control it. I had to figure out how to dial the reception’s number: 7500 at 4am where they turned it in remotely.

Quite night in this hotel ideally located near the airport and various business districts. Professional staff always smiling and trying to accomodate clients need. I strongly recommend. Only room service restaurant was not in place, probably because of Covid restrictions.

If you're in the area for work, this is a great hotel and much more upscale than its Eurostars neighbor down the street. The room was wonderful and the service was very attentive. The one area that could have been improved was the bed and bedding - I don't think I have ever slept on something as scratchy before. That being said, for the price and comfort, I would go back.

I like the hotel and the staff was very kind and helpful. The only problem I had was when I arrived there I was told that there was a mistake on Expedia and actually they don't have the room I booked.Plus, they don't have any available rooms for me to book. And even though they told Expedia about the situation they didn't fix the problem.
They were still very helpful and gave me another room for another guest who booked the room but didn't show up.

The hotel itself was very good. Spacious rooms, professional, good food, close to airport, etc.
The only problem I had was the bad internet connection (wifi). Had to disconnect a bunch of times, and use my 4G, which was much faster. And when one of the presenters wanted to show a 3 minute youtube video, he has to put it on hold a few minutes to buffer. A conference hotell should have 100% functioning wifi!!
