Amazing staff. This is a 5 star boutique hotel that is luxurious and serene. The staff if friending and accommodating and the property and clientele are accustomed to this kind of standard.

Service was top notch. Attention to every detail was at the forefront of our experience. With only 30 beautiful rooms on your own private beach it was the home everyone wants. Staff was attentive and we would return here again, no questions asked

This was the best trip from the moment we got off the plane.
Straight to VIP area- cold beer and water etc. Bags are found and you are walked thru Security to a van to take you 15 minutes to hotel. Great service from all Embajadores team at Tortuga Bay, booked your spa your golf your dinners private yoga drivers to dinner. Carlos Antonio and Felix and Juan Julio, Antonio and his smile. Joseph was a great host too.

Everything about Tortuga is world class from the VIP service through customs, to the facilities, to the amazing service. Our ambassador Ciara was the best! She made sure every ask we had was taken care of quickly and to perfection. We will definitely revisit Tortuga again soon!

I had one of the most amazing stay at Tortuga bay! Service , surroundings, comfort A plus!! Travelled alone and it gave me the peace and serenity I needed to relax . Location was great and driving in the area was super easy. I have already booked to come back in Dec!!!

This amazing hotel located in the east coast of the Dominican Republic is the perfect definition of paradise. Tortuga bay Punta Cana earns my 5 starts based on; Quality, Customer Connection and Going the extra mile.
With paradisiac beaches, excellent dining experience, a Staff with the professionality, discretion and opportune interaction Tortuga bay goes to the TOP of my list of places to go to RELAX.

It was a unique experience. The Beach front provide view for amazing sunrise and sunset.
The service was excellent, our Villa Manager (Luis) was very creative and prepared few surprises for me and my wife for our wedding anniversary.
I would like to special thanks to Melissa Espinal (Reservations) for the service provided and we received everything we asked and more.
The welcome process was very nice and warm, thanks Luis (Reception).
The dinner was at Bamboo restaurant the food was amazing and the service the best. Thanks Carlos (waitress)
The beach was Ok because the seagrass at the beach in front of the villages but you can find a better spot 100 meters to your left.
We also visited la Reserva Ojos Indígenas which is an amazing natural park with beautiful lagoons and it was free because we were staying at Tortuga Bay.
This is a must in Punta Cana. We spend only 1 night but it was amazing.
Note: we traveled with a baby and the hotel.l provided a baby crib.

I loved everything about Tortuga Bay Resort. It’s gorgeous, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Their motive was: We work you are on vacation! Very helpful when you’re on vacation with the children. They gave us a beautiful crib for our baby boy, and made him a birthday cake! We will be back for sure. We appreciate every minute we have spent it over there. Must see this place, highly recommended!!!

Everything about Tortuga Bay was excellent.
This was our second visit to the resort and I don't know where to start: Villas, amenities, food/restaurants, the beach, the natural reserve, and the nearby restaurant Bachata Rosa were all top notch.
Last but not least Villa Managers and the staff made our visit truly memorable. They arranged everything to our liking and did not miss any single detail. We are blown away..

Is a perfect place to rest and relax. Everything is thinking to give you comfort and peaceful. The staff is friendly and you have your personal assistant all the time at a Movil. Your own gulf car to translate inside the complex. Wonderful naturals manantial waters to swimming and explore. Perfect food, all restaurant are 5 starts.

WE JUST GOT BACK LAST NIGHT, AND I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK. EVERYTHYING FROM THE AIRPORT PICKUP TO THE RETURN TO AIRPORT WAS FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY.
THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS SO HELFUL. OUR VILLA WAS EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN THE PICTURES ON LINE. THE VIEW FROM OUR BALCONY WAS JUST GORGEOUS! THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE SEAWEED, BUT EVEN THAT DID NOT AFFECT OUR ENJOYMENT OF THE BEACH. THE STAFF WAS CONSTANTLEY RAKING AND CLEARING, BRINGING US WATER AND TOWELS. SPA WAS GREAT, WE HAD A FEW TREATMENTS AND FOUND THEM TO BE VERY GOOD. THE POOL AND BEACH AREA WERE RIGHT OUTSIDE THE SPA, WERE VERY NICE. OVERALL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RESTFUL VACATION THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU

I wanted to treat my husband to a special getaway for his 50th birthday. Our stay at the Tortuga Bay Hotel proved to be an outstanding choice. It was everything I could of hoped for and then some. From the moment we arrived (starting at the airport), we felt welcomed and pampered. There was nothing the wonderful staff at the resort wouldn't do for you and always with a smile. Our room was beautiful with wonderful ocean views from our expansive balcony. The on site ecological reserve was amazing with beautiful fresh water pools for swimming. We were looking for a quiet, low key place to relax and revitalize after a daunting New England winter and Tortuga Bay delivered.
Tortuga Bay was by far one of the nicest places I have ever visited and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

From meeting our personal escort at the airport, being taken to a VIP Immigration/Customs area, and then driven to the hotel in their private van, we knew we were in for a special vacation. The hotel grounds and facilities are in a class by themselves. The staff, which outnumbers the guests by a 3 to 1 ratio, was the most professional and friendly I have ever experienced. This is not an all inclusive mega-hotel. It is a little piece of paradise where every guest is greeted by name, and you get to know the staff by name very quickly. Returning to the airport (reluctantly!) was an even better experience than the arrival. Again, you are met curbside by a staff member who oversees luggage check-in (VIP line) and takes you to their private waiting lounge. Food and beverages were provided at no cost and when it was time to board we were escorted to the plane on the tarmac by golf cart, and were the first to get on board (and we were NOT traveling in the airline first class section). It was no surprise that our luggage was the first to the baggage carousel in Philadelphia.

This is the perfect hotel for a relaxing and pampering vacation. The service is impeccable and setting is extremely appealing on the eye.
The spa is clean, modern and very knowledgeable. The golf course is very well maintained, well designed and picturesque.
I would recommend this hotel for anyone interested in enjoying a private stay on the beach with good food and relaxation.

The hotel was luxurious yet not too stuffy. The staff were nice, gracious and accomodating. We had our own personal butler -type person who made sure we had all we needed. The room was spacious and just beautiful. Breakfast was included and delivered and set up everyday on the wrap-around porch in the sunshine. The beach was great, pool is wonderful and the food in the restaurants just great. Not many choices for the picky toddler, but we made due. Our son had a lot of spagetthi. The sister hotel, punta cana, was great for an excursion but we heard that the accomodations there were substandard. Also, there was a noticable difference in the service. We also were given our own golf cart as transportation for our stay. It is a quiet vacation spot. I beleive there are shows and casinos but we didn't participate since we traveled with our 3 year old. We cannot wait to go back. We recommend this hotel. Also, the VIP service at the airport was simply invaluable. Don't forget to travel with cash as you need $10 per person to enter the country.
