We arrived in the afternoon and the facility was very nice. After we returned from dinner our room and the surrounding hallway was filled with marijuana smell and we could not bear to stay in the room. Notified the staff and they said it would be taken care of. An hour later the smell was mostly gone. At midnight our room filled with marijuana smell again and my wife and 12-year old child were unable to sleep for some time.

The shower was plugged and it took them 2 days to repair. We had to bathe in 4 inches of backed up water. Then, on our last night the power went out for approximately 45m. This was a planned outage, yet no one informed me at time of booking. Lastly, the water fall is so dirty and need to be cleaned.

While I love four seasons hotels, this hotel and service didn’t really feel like a FS property. The staff were quite young and didn’t know the answers to several questions that you think they’d know the answer to such as “do they serve food at the adult pool?”. Also, this hotels claims to be dog friendly but, everywhere I walked around with my dog, they said my dog needed to be a service dog. However, I saw several other people (who probably lied about their dog being a service dog) bringing their dogs around. The grounds are also just OK. Felt very corporate.
However, the food on property at Coin & Candor was quite good. Large pools and great spa.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Never a single interaction with staff that felt anything but awesome, happy and they were willing to help. Amenities 10/10. The only thing I wish was different is that the speakeasy was open till 2am but even still all the amenities make the price of even a suite worth the experience.

Immaculate , possibly the nicest Four Seasons I’t stayed in. The room was just perfect. Nothing at all wrong. I believe them when they claim the rooms are soundproof. I couldn’t hear in between rooms nor could i hear outside noise.

Amazing hotel & location. Self parking was a reasonable price & only charging you once overnight letting you in & out as many times as you like, it was also a 2 min walk to the hotel not even. Very peaceful & the rooms are huge! Spa was amazing as well as the outdoor pool.

Definitely slipped from stay last year. Should any 4 or 5 star hotel have single ply toilet paper? Long delays for any service requests (help with bags, valet). Business center was single computer that was $7 for 15 minutes and $1/ page.

The rooms were so nice, lovely view, soundproof rooms and the big bathtub was a highlight! Bed was super comfy and plenty of pillows if needed. The restaurant downstairs had very good food as well. Definitely recommended!

Grounds looked tired. Not as pristine as prior visits. Do not like the metal cans of water - we appreciate the eco-sensitivity. But the water tastes metallic. Maybe cardboard boxes? Still a loyal visitor; we will be back.

What a beautiful place! Very clean and comfortable but most impressive was the staff. Each person was excellent at their position. Really enjoyed that! The restaurant Coin and Candor was an amazing spot for breakfast! A must try!
