Hotel was subpar pool was out of service for half the stay. Also the key card did not work entire stay had to go back down to desk to get a new updated key every single time.

Safe and quiet with friendly staff. Dining options within walking distance. Located about 5-10 minutes from the interstate 80.

We we given a room that was very sketchy. There was a patched circular area in the door and the door frame was bent, like someone used a heavy-duty crowbar to get it open. There was no deadbolt so we relied on the main lock holding. We would have requested a different room if it wasn’t so late and we were really tired. The room probably should not be used until the door is completely repaired.

I liked the hospitality at this hotel. Everyone was very pleasant which is very good in my book.

Was a Great stay besides hearing the staff complain in the morning outside our door that we put the do not disturb sign out. We felt very rushed during our stay to check out it felt. Otherwise a good hotel and location.

Wonderful property. Close to I80 (somewhat noisy), easy location to get to, wonderful shopping and restaurant (brewery) close by. Beautiful views of the mountains from our room!

The staff and the property were great!! So nice so helpful and so patient with me as Hotels.com was unable to get my reservation to them. We canceled the first and she booked us directly and saved us a substantial amount.

There were a few choices of pillows to use and the mattresses were fine.
There were plenty of breakfast options, enough that if you go hungry you might just have a special diet you need to stick to.

Key cards to room never worked properly although reset and elevator was down.

Great staff. I left my personal pillow there. I called the next day and they traced it down and even washed the pillow case for me.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Welcomed by front desk staff, very clean room with nice amenities, very comfy bed, and the full breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!
