Great stay

An average hotel with dated decor and very poor service. Miserable, snooty staff at check-in and check-out. At check-in, assumed we were travelling separately because we were two men (we’re a gay couple). At check-out, incorrectly attempted to charge us for room service we didn’t order and added a surcharge for making a booking for only one person, not two people (surely you book a room and why weren’t we told at check-in?!). We won’t be back.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast, and impressive water pressure.

We have had a nice stay in this hotel. It is good for going to different locations and not so far from the airport . The only thing that need to improve is the breakfast . Other hotels offer more variety .

Excelente opção de estadia! Quartos amplos e confortáveis. Academia completa e com vista para o mar. Só senti falta de uma tv um pouco maior (era de 32 polegadas) e que fosse smart.

Hotel muito novo, atendimento perfeito, quartos confortáveis, limpeza nota dez e um ótimo café da manhã. Lugar privilegiado, perto de tudo. Com certeza, a melhor opção para ficar nesta região em Florianópolis. Adorei a estadia neste hotel.

Excelente o hotel e a localização. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Quarto excelente e com uma salinha. Tinham duas televisões.

Bom hotel muito bem localizado em Florianópolis. As instalações em geral estão boas, com grau satisfatório de manutenção e limpeza. O quarto é confortável, o atendimento do staff é muito bom, ágil e sem muita burocracia. O conforto, entretanto, fica prejudicado pela total falta de isolamento acústico entre os andares. Qualquer barulho no andar superior, escuta-se e muito nos quartos de andares inferiores, o que prejudica muito a qualidade do sono e de descanso, até para assistir televisão.

In this Hotel you feel like being in Germany = everything was perfect and professional. However, it becomes clear that you are not in Germany when you enjoy the spectacular view. Covid rules are a bit absurd there, haven’t seen a sign that only one family can use the elevator but for the outside pool on top you have to make a reservation. The danger is thousands of times bigger in the breakfast room ! Also funny to see that even the toilet paper was wrapped in plastic foil. The whole island of Florianopolis is both beautiful as well as very different from what one would expect from Brazil. We have recently been in Southern Italy and could not believe to be still in Europe while Florianopolis has a strong European touch. We are now in São Paulo and the difference is like coming from Zurich to Mombasa

Hotel is alright. Decent gym and pool. Breakfast is nice and the manager very friendly.

Quarto com tamanho bom, porém muito escuro. Fechadura apresentou problemas, mas se tentou solucionar com a manutenção, em seguida ficou ruim de novo. Café da manhã com pouquíssima variedade, deixou muito a desejar. Água da piscina EXTREMAMENTE GELADA.

I had the chance to stay at the WK and Novotel in florinapolis. Both excellent but Novotels aircon worked perfectly and was very clean

Hotel maravilhoso...conforto inconfundível no quarto e banheiro...localização impecável...atendimento espetacular...especialmente no serviço de estacionamento pela presteza e simpatia do Sr. Valdevino a quem desejo referenciar. No café, o gerente, sempre atento e cuidadoso com os hóspedes....o Novotel dignificou a nossa passagem por Floripa...super recomendo.

Check in frio e impessoal , alem de lento! Quarto com vista linda , cafe da manhã super legal e com uma simpatia contagiante, acho que compensou o check in

O café da manhã é muito fraco, sem muitas opções.O hotel não oferece hidratante.Um dos elevadores com problema para ler o cartão e nada foi feito para resolver nos tres dias que estivemos lá.A localização é excelente, muitos restaurantes próximos.Funcionários atenciosos.

The Novotel is at a great location in Beira Mar a district of Florianópolis right in front of the bay. The rooms have a good size with comfortable beds. The service of the staff during my stay was excellent, friendly, warm and welcoming, especially in the morning at breakfast. The variety at the breakfast buffet is great, the even have a own table with a variety of about eight to ten different cakes and pastry. The staff at the reception was quick and always very welcoming. So in all an excellent experience and stay.
