The room and breakfast were great. We chose the hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub, but the pool was freezing cold. The hot tub was dirty and the heat and jets didn't work. We were very disappointed ☹️

Budget friendly but A/C was filled with dust. Carpets feel dirty and smell weird. Bathtub leaked every time we showered. Tv was broken.
I don’t think this property warrants an 150 dollar deposit. When you book with them on Hotels it doesn’t mention a 150 dollar deposit anywhere on the check in instructions or on the booking confirmation.

Disappointed that the hot tub was non functioning. Since it was one of the reasons I booked it. I wish these hotels would provide a current state of thier facilities before booking.

Mold was on the ceiling in the bathroom. The spa was not working and very green. We went with this hotel because it was supposed to have an indoor heated spa and that was not the case. The bed was ok, harder than I like. Breakfast was tasty.

Nice hotel, good spacious room, unfortunately the air con didnt seem to cope with the size of the room - even on the coldest setting it was still very warm in the room overnight. Duvet wasnt in the best condition either, several rips in it. Otherwise good, nice indoor pool and convenient location for visiting NASA

Was upset hot tub did not work they did not have it posted when I booked, the ice machine didn’t work on my floor, they had no milk for the cereal and no juice was not happy

We liked everything about our stay except the breakfast on Saturday was poor. Wasn’t just me. Everyone grumbling. Juice machine broken. No eggs or sausage All gone by 8:30. We didn’t even try for breakfast on Sunday. We went out. Room nice. Wife liked the extra towels. It was quiet.

Rooms/bathrooms could use updating. Only ice machine that was functional was on the 2nd floor.
Breakfast was standard pre-made/warmed up items or cold cereal and muffins.
Overall, with the location and necessities being met…wasn’t a bad experience.

They price was more than i was quoted. The place was dirty. Breakfast was shortedned hours and then claimed they were out of stuff but i gather they just never really serve breakfast and certainly not enough for if the place was full. The folks upstairs ran and jumped all night and screamed and you can hear it all. The curtains were covered in mold. Wouldnt recommend.

I often stay in Houston, and this hotel has to be one of the best I've stayed in. When I entered the room, it smelled wonderful and exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this hotel. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it."

I think overall this is a decent hotel. However, the price was much higher than usual, $192, because it was a holiday weekend. For that price I would have expected the pool and hot tub to actually be heated but they were both broken. And also for breakfast to have been better - e.g. the standard juice machine was broken as well. Room was fine and comfortable but I would not stay here again.

The hotel was amazing. I booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. When I arrived with my dog I was told they do not accept pets. My wife and I had to take turns sleeping in the car with our dog.

Fitness room--- everything broken. Pool looks like a petri dish. They leave an attendant alone at night. The cleaning women came in after i told them not to, they took my sheets and didn't replace them. I had to go down to the front desk to get sheets because no one answers the phone. Not only that, the woman behind the counter gave me THE WRONG SHEETS 3 times and then i had to make my own bed. Avoid this dump.

Charge a check in fee the pool had not been fully cleaned the gym area equipment was all broken tried to cancel reservation as I had not even been there 10 minutes they would not do it

We stayed at a Comfort Inn years ago so thought this would be OK. We won't be staying in a Comfort Inn again. Breakfast was a dried out egg so stiff it was unedible, frayed dirty carpet in elevator, laundry pillow case left in the middle of the hall, faucet handle came off in my hand, put us in a handicap room (don't need) and seat in shower was rusted beyond belief. Staff were terrible uncaring and not friendly. Pre-charge $150.00 in case we damaged something. This was not stated on hotels.com.

The beds were not comfy, I found a bed bug under the sheets. The pillows are not great. I was very disappointed because I wanted to get in the pool but it was freezing, they said it was working but when we got there it was not. Will NOT be going there ever again!

This hotel was very good and fortunately matched what my company allows for hotel stays. The prices increase drastically on the weekends but that’s understandable. I do appreciate their low rates during the week. I recommend this hotel at anytime during the week. Great service, good breakfast, clean rooms.

I checked out the bathroom as soon as I walked in the room and it was dirty, definitely hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Toilet paper was half used. I immediately tried to cancel the reservation but the clerk said I couldn't, that I had to contact Expedia. I tried to call your customer service dept. and was given the run around for hours. To top it off I was charged not only the $146 I paid Expedia but a deposit that was immediately taken from my checking account. I was in the room only 5 minutes and never stayed the night and had to drive 1 1/2 hrs. to come home. I request a refund on this room. If I have to i will call corporate.

The first room we were given was rm 211. It smelled heavily of mildew & stale, humid wetness. The assistant promptly put us in another room. It wasnt as heavy, but the same odor was prominent. The jacuzzi was not functional as the heater wasnt working. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable & clean.

Hotel pretty run down needs some cosmetic repairs. Checked in tv did not work had to move to a different room. Both rooms placed in smelled like mildew or strong chlorine. The hotel swimming pool not in best shape. Hot tub was broke entire stay and pool water extremely cold heater must be broke. Breakfast was ok not a good variety.

Hot tub didn’t work. Bathroom at the pool didn’t work. Very limited breakfast each day. Same breakfast everyday. Little or no meat. Water damage on the ceilings. This place almost ruined our Spring break. I never would have stayed there if I knew the hot tub didn’t work.

**DO NOT STAY HERE**** Warning **** They will charge an incidental amount before checking in and tell you a reason they are keeping it. Hotel management is horrible and corporate does not care. Room is nasty, holes in sheets, fleas in pool area. Nothing works in weight room. My kids found a box of cigarettes and other used items from past guests. *****WARNING***** spend your money somewhere else because they will charge you a lot more when you check out. Read other similarly reviews . Check the BBB

The only nice thing about this stay was the gentleman who checked us in! He was super friendly. Other than that, the pool was disgusting, the workout room was broken, breakfast was incredibly small and had barely anything when we got up at 730.. our ac wasn’t cold. And the lady who worked at night… lots of attitude. Worst hotel stay we’ve ever had.
