The hotel attended us pretty good, it's very convenient to be directly in front of a shopping mall and the overall location is good. The overall facilities are quite nice. A special thanks and recognition for Thiago, who was extremely helpful and friendly and his attention with us is much appreciated.

They were amazing, spoke English for us and Tiago was the best!!!! He helped us with anything we needed and Louise drove us wherever. Would stay again!

The property was very comfortable and situated next to the beach. The food was good and the service was excellent. My only complaint was that Jurere is very far from Centro and in August there is really nothing to do there. It's probably fine if you rent a car, but I didn't.

We were on February during the Carnival. The hotel is good, not old, good neighbourhood, short walking distance to shopping mall, restaurants and sidewalk along the beach. However it is not a walking distance from far from the Public (historical) Market which is where most of the action is

Check in with Thiago was amazing - super accommodating and very friendly - he was ahead if all my wishes. I will definetly stay there again over any other hotel in Floripa

I like the staff and the hospitality provided by the staff. the Hotel was nice and everything worked. in our first room we had a horrible smell coming from the AC but staff made a quick move for us the min we mentioned it. i would say those need to be cleaned out better if anything but i was very pleased with the hotel and the friendliness of staff during my stay. thank you Blue Tree Family!!

Sobre todos os funcionários, hotel e comodidades foram surpreendentes. No entanto, uma funcionária me acusou agressivamente de gritar com a equipe da cozinha por receber comida fria via serviço de quarto. Na tentativa de enunciar frio na língua portuguesa. Expliquei que tenho uma audição ruim. A equipe feminina ainda não fez nada para resolver a preparação das refeições. Apenas shhhh.. me levou de volta para o nosso quarto. Por que daríamos uma gorjeta de $ 100 reais cada se estivéssemos gritando ou chateados com uma refeição? Há uma oportunidade de treinamento aqui definindo o comportamento estereotipado que não é permitido nas funções de Atendimento ao Cliente. Além da situação com a equipe feminina no turno da noite, nossa visita foi agradável.

Os funcionários do hotel eram muito simpáticos e prestativos. No entanto, a cama era extremamente desconfortável e o seu suporte era muito barulhento, qualquer movimento durante o sono me fazia acordar com o barulho. O café também tinha poucas opções, mas OK.

I took the executive suite. Room was very spacious with a very nice bed. The sofa was peeling though… and not the best shower. Besides that, everything was perfect (including breakfast)

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is terrible. Cleanliness needs improving. We could not use the bathtub because it had grime we could not even scrub out--we tried. We'd still recommend but be aware you won't want to eat breakfast and you'll want to bring something to touch up cleaning with like alcohol and paper towels.

Check in was long and when I asked for a check out 2 hours later the answer was no right away. Room number was not asked and at least to show they care about the guests and pretended to check the reservation system. I’d recommend to stay Novotel or Design hotel. They really care about the guests

Nossa hospedagem foi no mínimo frustrante. Na chegada não fomos recepcionados por ninguém do hotel. Os manobristas terceirizados estavam brigando entre si. O check in foi rápido mas o funcionário com bagageiro simplesmente encostou o carrinho e sumiu. Subimos arrastando as malas pelo único elevador funcionando naquele dia. Ficamos no quarto 1205. Existia gesso espalhado pelo chão do quarto e cheiro de tinta fresca na parede devido a um reparo. O ar condicionado estava quebrado e jogava água por todo quarto, inclusive o móvel da cabeceira estava danificado pela quantidade de água. Dormimos sem ar condicionado. O hotel fica localizado em frente a um dos mais movimentado bares da cidade atualmente e o barulho foi até uma duas horas da manhã. Reportamos o ocorrido pelo site do hotel. Fomos contatados por uma gerente e uma supervisora que acabaram de assumir o hotel. Propuseram um café de cortesia ou cem reais de reembolso pelos transtornos. Enfim, uma noite em branco não tem preço, principalmente para quem tinha que pegar a estrada no outro dia.

The hotel is situated in the centre right next to a large shopping centre. Furthermore there are many culinary options in walking distance. The room itself was nothing special but it was comfortable. They were undergoing renovations for the gym and pool area, but no noise was to be heard. Breakfast was minimal but it will suffice.

Fantastic service, could not say enough about friendliness of staff. Room was nice, and location seemed to be very centrally located.

Everything is ok, but bad light in the room if you need to work. It is well located in the city for business and leisure and just next door to a nice mall.

Clean, fresh, close to the mall, and the staff was very nice!
