Booked a standard room which was on the 11th floor (all standard rooms are on the 11th floor) but the lifts only go up to the 10th floor. (I personally didn't mind but it may be difficult for those with disabilities). The room was big with a mini fridge, cable TV and a dining table. The cable socket was detached from the wall but not a big issue. Towards the end on my stay the Aircon unit started leaking a lot of water. The WiFi was a bit flakey. It has a pool and restaurant on the second floor and a hidden fish pond at the back which was a nice find. The rooms have a certain rustic charm about them. It was comfortable and I wouldn't mind staying there again even with it's little faults.

The property was very nice, staff was professional and courteous, and the location is convenient. The 3 bedroom is very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are good. The restaurant is comparatively pricey and the food is mediocre. Took a long time to get our meal in an uncrowded restaurant. Overall a very nice stay.

Had Roaches in the room. We arrived at 2:30pm staff told us check in was not till 3:00. Made us sit in the lobby for 30 minutes. Found that to be completely unacceptable. Placed a security deposit on my credit card that they placed it on a 90 day hold before returning it. Been coming here for over twenty years on my stays but think it’s time to find a new place when arrive in Manila. Sad that they would treat long term faithful customers like this.

The property was at walking distance from Double Dragon Mall. It felt safe to walk there.

It's my first time in Copacabana. I didn't expect how big is the space of the Apartment Hotel. It's perfect for a Family Apartment Hotel with Living Room, Kitchen, 3 Rooms big space plus the Pool. I will recommend this for every one specialty if you will stay with Family. If you are expecting more visitors this place is Perfect too because of the big soace. I love our Stay and will definitely in my list.
