The fact that the nightly rate doubled when I switched my dates by ONE DAY is insane. I work in hotels and when these situations happen we will honour the original rate or at least meet in the middle. Everything else about the hotel was great but I wasn’t happy with that price jump.

Check in experience was terrible. He did not greeted me, directly ask for id and card. Then he gave me wrong key for double bed but i paid for single bed. Then i had to come downstairs to exchange keys. I started looking for 27 grill restaurant, he kept lokoking at me strugling, then i went to see inside the restaurant it was close. So i asked him if restaurant is open he replied yes management issues restaurant is close. No good communication, bad guest service experience, i did not feel welcoming 😕

The staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. We chose this hotel for the full kitchen. But the kitchen was not well outfitted. Some good pots and pans would be useful. It also needed utensils and drinking glasses. We had to ask for a dish towel and dish soap. The staff did their best to assist us and really helped to make the stay pleasant.

Great value for the price, rooms were clean and quiet.

The property is in need of major upgrading and repair. I would choose a different hotel next time. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. Upon entering the suite we did a bed bug check and was all clear. The carpet was dirty. the kitchen cupboards had crumbs all inside of them. Found dirty plates in the cupboard. I wouldn’t trust that anything had been properly cleaned. There was a list of all kitchen items that should be in the kitchenette. Many items were not there. Only 1 fork, 1 spoon and 1 bowl, 3 plates etc, there was supposed to be 4 of each. No dish soap available so we could wash the dishes. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom. This was not restocked previous to check in. We did not ask to have the room serviced during our 3 night stay. We did connect with the cleaners for towels and garbage removal each day and they were very friendly and accommodating. I had planned to use the on site workout room but it is located in the lobby with big glass windows facing the main entrance and check in desk. This provided zero privacy during a workout and felt a bit awkward..like I’d be on display for everyone to see so I chose not to use it, I never saw anyone use it during my stay, perhaps I’m not the only one who felt that way. When showering the water took a very long time to get warm. I was almost done showering by the time it started to warm up. The desk clerk was friendly. Staff were kind. That is about all this place has going for it.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonable. The only.reason it was 4 instead of 5 stars was that there were some ongoing renovations (e.g., a kitchenette was non-functional in the room; but the provided microwave made up for it). I would stay again 😊

A sweet and simple place for the stay

The hotel was okay. The other people next door was a bit too noisy and it was late at night. Should have a rule about noise pass a certain time.

Maid service not available, no elevator , kitchenette still not hooked up, restaurant not open

Very basic, there were bunch of small flies infested in the room and bathroom. I was just there bashing through for one night so I guess that’s what you pay for that room. I am camping in Banff and I rather camped that night also.

I liked that there was carpeting and a restaurant, the beds were comfortable, otherwise I thought the room smelled and the pipes were noisy and doors outside the room would slam close.

Staff was excellent and great value for what you get!

The dry sauna was nice, but tge hot tub was not working. Also the restaraunt was closed.

The rooms are not clean, had lots of hair left around from previous guest in the room. There is no smoke detectors, huge fire safety for the guests. The common area is also very dirty and worn. Paid for the upgrade king bed 495 sq. ft. room. Recieved a regular room with 2 queen beds. They refused to refund us the difference that we paid for the upgraded room. Do not stay here, pay the little extra and stay elsewhere. You will regret staying here. One of the worst hotels we have stayed in,and we travel the world.

Patio door lock completely busted so people from adjoining rooms could technically get in. Hot tub not working all summer yet property advertises it

The room appeared to be clean, however when we pulled the table back to find an electrical outlet, we found an immense amount of dust. Behind the toilet, it appeared that there was a blob of wet tissue or toilet paper stuck to the wall.

Pleasantly surprised for the price was good.. upgraded hotel not fancy but clean and comfortable close to everything

It is pet friendly which is nice. It has a mini gym which is also nice.The front desk lady was very friendly and kind. The males could use improvement in being more friendly and kind. Check in could have been easier and more efficient as in comparison with other hotel/motels I have stayed at in Vernon, BC.The bath floor mat coild be a bit cleaner as it was heavily stained and all the essential coffee whitner and stir sticks were not inside room.

Stayed for a couple of nights as it was close to where some friends live in Vernon. Was surprised frankly for the rates. The room was very clean. Small kurig coffee machine in room with pods etc, small fridge and microwave. Felt more secure parking my car under the lights in front but those spots are at a premium into the evening. Staff was friendly and I saw people and kids enjoying the pool. Based in my stay I would recommend especially for the very reasonable rates.l. This hotel is under new management and you can tell they are making an effort. A solid 3.5 from me.

The hallway was dirty. The shower did not work in the morning. Shower was repaired while I was in the room waiting instead of offering another room to shower in. Stains on room walls and porch curtains barely hanging on . You can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig!

We stayed recently at Divya Sutra Plaza for nearly 2 weeks. While booking with Expedia we had no option to choose the kitchenette rooms and on checking in we didn’t get the desired rooms. After a week of stay we were asked to move to the kitchenette rooms as “the guests” had complained about smell from our rooms. We clearly know that one of your hotel room service guy “ was the guest complaining “ to the front desk. We were asked to move to different rooms three times. It was a huge hassle moving after 7,4 and three days and that two there are no lifts for the second floor. Proper room services were not done unless specifically asked. Towards the last few days we requested for room service and was asked by your “hotel guest” as to when our check out was?. Why he asked about our check out dates when we had three days left is a question to be asked by the hotel management. The hot tub was under maintenance and The gym was poorly maintained and this was the first gym without a treadmill. The machines require maintenance as they have a creaking sound always on use. No wipes were ever available in the gym. Although noises were coming from guests early morning as well as at late nights we never complained as we understood every one’s situation. The walls need to be sound proof as every thing could be heard from other rooms. But the front staff especially Shivam and staff were really accommodating throughout our stay.

Don’t cheap out by staying here. Sheets were stained and had hairs/crumbs all over them. They also weren’t even the right size for the bed they were too small so they barely covered the mattress. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Also the shower would leak out onto the tub and then onto the floor, out the door and onto the carpet. We were also woken up about 5 times in the middle from what sounded like plumbing/mechanical noises that were extremely loud

The hotel hallway had dirty carpet. The swimming pool was very cloudy. The walls in our room were dirty the floor in our bathroom was dirty around the toilet. The shower curtain was stained. The towels were stained The lock on our door didnt work. They tried to fix unsuccessfully. Told we would get a discount on the room. In the morning the clerk said there was no note so he didnt give a discount. This hotel should be rated a twonstar at best. Very disappointing.

Noisy hallway (no noise insulation), not enough power plugs, cramped bathroom. Not enough parking - had to park fringes of the property - barely. Bed sheets were super noisy - too much starch or not of good material. I suppose you get what you pay for. Price was definitely reasonable though.

Shower and tub had hair and was poorly cleaned. The area around the bottom of toilet was extremely filthy. (Showed pictures to the front desk) Other fixtures though out were dirty as well

Property was good and accommodation qas as per the need.
