The staff was nice, first room they gave me was on a floor that stunk of sewage but they changed it upon my request. The rooms are a bit tired and don't look as good as in the picture. The pool area is rammed with people.

Olive (the cleaner) was incredible- she made my partners birthday special leaving balloons and making the towels into an arrangement. The hotel was lovely, great location. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The pool was nice. Breakfast was basic but good enough. Only one small remark: housekeeping starts rather early and were playing music we could hear in our room which had the ‘peace and quite’ sign at the door.

We had a perfect stay at this modern hotel

Good accommodation in the perfect location. Across from the swimming pool that is free to guests. Plenty of eateries close by and helpful staff. Close to bus stop and the ferry to Valletta.

Service was terrible. My room is not prepared for amenities (shower gel wasnt worked at all) and solved it so late. I also requested morning ride booking but they missed it so I am in trouble. Plus the shower room door is not closing well

Our room was acceptable overall. Location is good - 10 mins walk to the ferry. The biggest problem was that our room looked onto a building site and loud noise started at 6am every day. It was unbearable. When we arrived, the floor was filthy - our socks were black from walking around. The best bit about this hotel was the shared pool across the road. Breakfast was very limited and needed more fresh fruit such as bananas or apples.

Had a wonderful stay, location perfect, we had a superior room, it was lovely. Breakfast was good and staff were very nice and very helpful.the beach club across the road was a bonus although it gets very busy.

Really great hotel . Good room and friendly staff. The pool is on the ither side of the road but has a beach club vibe and is busy which is a good thing i thought. Lots of dining options and directly opposite the hop on hop off bus stop which is also handy. Would stay again

Perfect location in Malta, midway between Valletta and St Julian. Close to bus stop and ferry.

Really lovely people. It’s an old style that’s comfortable and close to everything. Great places to eat and walk to interesting spots. But it’s the hospitality that makes it special. Definitely recommended this lovely hotel.

Always enjoyed staying. It’s my third time and booked another one again.

Location of this hotel is excellent. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly at check in and check out. The bar on floor 9 is very disorganised. Breakfast staff were better but slow in clearing tables. Breakfast choice is good. Overall room cleanliness was a little low. Shower could have been cleaner and grouting on tiles poor. Also damp stain on ceiling. The overall lighting in the room and bathroom very poor.

Enjoyed my stay ,regarding hotel.Breakfast was plentiful but limited choice.

We are very satisfied from our staying...the only thing is that there was no balcony or view from our room and the tv wasn't playing...

Nice place and great views from the balcony. Zillions of things to do. Local travel agency can arrange many trips and car rentals. Due to very tough parking in the area I would advise against bringing a car, and relying on Bolt and public transport instead. Possibly rent a car when leaving the area.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the experience! Had a Seaview which was gorgeous! The staff were friendly and helpful and everything was great making it a lovely trip!

Excellent stay. The location was perfect for restaurants and bars. Easy access to ferry’s for Malta and sightseeing trip. Cracking pool and lido. Would recommend

We stayed 2 nights, left for a night to Gozo, and then returned for 4 nights. We had a standard room booked but were upgraded to a family room. Big mistake. I won't dwell on that because after letting our displeasure known, we were told that we would have a room with a balcony. A window was what we wanted. Well the next room was very nice. Comfortable. Had a shower we could fit in. Very happy with the room.

It was great and very near to the Ferry. Only die shower was the horror.the water rum out of the shower and was in the whole bathroom.it was no waterpreasure in the shower and it was not hot enough. But all other thins were very good.

Very nice hotel

The property is very well located for bus, water, and dinning locations. Would recommend the hotel for that reason and the front desk manager is awesome. He wears his heart on his sleeve and can stand his ground with true respect, well being of the hotel in safety and make sure your stay is good. The hotel wants to be very accommodating.

It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights in both standard and sea view room. We loved it. The view from the sea view room was spectacular. The hotel staff were very welcoming and supportive. They tried to help us in every small matters during the stay. Restaurant staff were very helpful, and service minded. Big shoutout to Ashikur and Alak from the Restaurant. The Breakfast itself was kind of average but the view makes it up. Wow such a view. We enjoyed the Swimming pool Aqualuna, which is opposite of the hotel. All in all, great location, best hotel staff, superb view. However, the breakfast can be improved, a little variation of food items can surely enhance guest experience. We will come back to this hotel. Rifat// Sweden
