The airco did not work; when we asked the front desk they simply told us that all airco's were switched off because they felt it was not necessary. The room temperature was 27 degrees celcius !

Missing Information about specific regulatories reg. The usage of the Pool area.

We stayed for one night only, wished we had stayed longer. We loved the spa. The rooms were very comfortable and the area is very quiet with some lovely walks. We will return but for longer next time.

Staff not very attentive in the bar area.could never find anyone when needed and when you ring the bell you can hear it ringing at reception but nobody cares.maybe also a course on making cocktails as it says its a cocktail bar but clueless. 5 euro a night parking but none of the electric sockets in the car park work so you can't plug in your electric vehicle. . Will not be staying here again.

Very enjoyable stay.

clean hotel, waited 10meetings to get room key while only receptionist talked on phone ,dining room no atmosphere resembled a school canteen, english breakfast was awful .no waiter service for evening meal,which is way overpriced ,,rooms have no character to them.no signs have any english on them, tv in rooms are only any use if your spanish is excellent ,outside bar great lots of sun loungers ,sp[a closed for couple of hours in afternoon,so disappointed with too many aspects, would never go again

Property was lovely and clean. Well maintained. One failing was that the pool did not open till eleven o'clock.

Fantastic spa facility and wide range of treatments available. Breakfasts were very good with ample choices. Fixed price buffet lunch option at weekend was very good value.

There was odd smell in the room coming from the toilet. Without the smell it would have been ok. The spa was a bit disappointing and worn out, no sauna or hamam.

Meal were of good quality & plenty of variety. Staff very helpful. Spa & treatments very good. Room spacious & clean.

Only stayed for a couple of nights, checked in around midnight, no problem. Room large, clean and well kept, breakfast buffet had lots of choices, hot and cold.

Amazing as always our fourth stay there. Ideal if you want a quiet relaxing break

Nice hotel very pleasant

Disaster. Starting with dirty glass in the bar, no cava available accept half bottle from the days before, bad service over all even with the children’s order. The restaurant is like a food dining, no windows and boring tables and chairs and no lovely feeling. The food is terrible. The spa is a disaster, the water is so salty that the children cried as soon they got a drop in the eyes. And they were not even aloud to jump! Why say that children from 4 years are aloud? Don’t children want to play in a pool? They even told us the pool was open all day but when we arrived that was not the case. We checked in and out on the same day. Do not go to this hotel!!!

Hotel was very clean and has implemented preventative actions re COVID. Most staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, lack of variety , particularly fresh fruit.

We got a great deal, B&B with dinner & access to the spa The hotel was very clean and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend it

We really enjoyed our stay but the pool bar was closed and it was very hard to even get a coffee as there were very few staff around. Overall it was excellent value for money.

Overall a nice hotel but long queue to check in and only 1 member of staff. Downside: miserable bar staff, sewage smell in outside bar, air conditioning in room was poor Upside: nice room, good food, nice spa (although very busy despite Covid).

Check in was disappointing, took all if our details to say we couldn’t check in until 3 even though the hotel was half empty, then had to give all of our details again. No towels for the pool, only robes which we couldn’t get until check in, no food available by the pool. It is a nice hotel with nice facilities although would expect more from a 4 star hotel.

Amazing hotel, Amazing experience in the spa, perfect location and fantastic facilities. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Do not book, if you believe there is a spa service! No treatments or use of pool over Christmas time. We arrived on the 23 of December for the use of the Spa and the pool over the 24th and 25th. Closures was not the website, neither noticeable in the hotel. I cannot rate this a 4 star hotel at all.

3 nights in a flood, hotel fine though

This hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was really good, the hotel was super clean and the pool area was great. The downside was no tea/coffee making facilities in rooms and only one English TV Channel

We stayed at the hotel 4 years ago. Everything has remained excellent. Almost! A big minus is that now the mini bars are not refrigerated, but can be used simply as a storage. The staff could not explain clearly the reason, proposed us to use the hotel bar. But what if you want a cold drink when the bar is closed? Besides, there was some inconvenience because of the limitation on the TV sound; some channels had very low sound. On the other hand, we were happy that parking lot across hotel (open air) was still available for free; the hotels garage costs the same 5 euros. There are still a couple of not expensive and good restaurants in the downtown San Pedro del Pinatar.

Lovely spot and close to lots of restaurants great for walks on the water front and 5 minutes drive from beach area
