We checked in to our room suite a there was garbage everywhere. N dirty clothes a stains on the bedding. I went down to the front desk an had to ask to change rooms.

We chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. Upon arrival they said the shuttle broke down so there was no shuttle. They offered no solution. The room was ok but the AC wasn’t good. We had to turn it down to 65 to get the room cool enough to sleep. The breakfast was was late so we couldn’t eat the breakfast like we had planned. It was overall. Poor hotel. False advertising.

This property is old and tired and in desperate need of renovation. As such it is over priced. TV and remote did not work. Horrible coffee maker with fourth rate materials. Bathroom dated to about 40 years ago. Nothing in fridge-not even water bottles let alone a dairy creamer. Requested a shower cap-not available. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The place is close to downtown but near the freeway. You can hear traffic from the rooms. Check in was unexpected with being charged extra but hopefully will be refunded after talking with an agent. The rooms were cramped with the large coffee table and office chair. Beds were squeaky but comfortable. Bathroom is nice and i like the close up mirror. The coffee and breakfast options were great. I would stay here again. Wish we had time to enjoy the other amenities. Parking was also well lit for accessible parking for people with disabilities.

Stay was fine. Included was leaving my vehicle for 5 days at a quite reasonable $10/day.
The rub was retrieval by shuttle. The shuttle took 40 minutes as we saw other hotel shuttles roll through multiple times and finally called an Uber in the cold. As the Uber pulled up, so did the shuttle. Try harder.

Stay was for a business trip, but there just seemed to be a lot wrong with all the internal parts of the hotel, ie gym, the treadmill was broken, exercise bike was out of commission too, laundry room on second floor out of order, laundry room on the third floor burned clothes, wifi was running at aol dial up speed, bedroom tv had volume issues, last the breakfast was just not up to pare with other holiday inns that I’ve stayed at in the passed. The place really just needs some TLC from up top to get it back on track. Staff was polite location is good

This property was clean and close to the airport. The staff were efficient and breakfast was fine. There is not much to do in this area and although it is clean the hotel is not updated. The tv in the room was small but worked fine. One bed was comfortable and one was hard. We felt safe and it is close to the interstate.

The welcome staff was beyond good very friendly did their job just so they should, however every time I walk down the hall stepped outside to have some quiet time I was followed and looked at the whole time made me uncomfortable even one time I walked in and I had somebody approached me in the hallway very awkward
