It felt brand new and smelled very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient and we had no issues. If I had to make any suggestion it would be that I didn’t much care for the quality of the bath tissue. Too thin and not very soft.

The rooms were excellent the breakfast were good my only complaint was I thought they should have gave us information about the pool being closed down for remodeling

There were tiny roaches coming out of the bathroom sink and the carpets were fiflthy. Portions of the building were under construction and the pool was out of service. None of this was disclosed prior to booking. Disappointing stay.

We were visiting Lake Placid for the Caladium festival and stayed overnight to take the train ride the next day. The hotel was very convenient, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good with a selection to satisfy everyone.

If we had been8nformed ahead of arrival that the pool was out of commision, we would have cancelled. Then the tv went out and did not come back on til this morning. Breakfasy was very good.

Great Hotel with comfy beds and very clean. Staff was very nice. The pool was closed though for repairs of some kind. I’ll stay there again if in the area!

The elevator was not working and we had to carry luggage upstairs to second floor. My wife and I are senior citizens and this was very hard for us. Also the Orbitz site advertises a pool at this hotel which we were looking forward to after a long drive. It is closed long term for construction. The front desk girl was very friendly.

The elevators were not working but we were not given warning until we arrived. We were travelling with my 92 year old father-in-law and given a room on the 3rd floor. When we arrived we were told “you can cancel and go somewhere else”. There are not many options in Lake Placid, FL.
The pool was also being renovated so that was also infromationwothheld prior to our arrival. A little lead time in the future - even on the hotels website - would have been helpful and allowed us to not make the reservation or changed prior to arriving.

While the pool was being renovated and the elevator was out of order, this hotel has been upgraded in its first floor rooms. Everything worked flawlessly and the breakfast was fresh with real sausage and gravy. Staff was very friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience of the renovations. Room was spotless. Beautiful property, we will definitely be staying here in the future.

The room was clean and bed/pillows were amazingly comfortable. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and roomy. The free breakfast had a lot of options. I would definitely recommend!

I didn’t like the carpet in the room is very dirty and the a/c made a really loud noise. Also, the a/c filter was so dirty and we got a severe stuffy nose -allergy. The breakfast was very good.

This location was convenient for our trip to the Sebring race preferring to be a bit outside the location. The morning breakfast had many choices, clean area. We will return to other locations when accessible.

Very expensive. Air quality poor. Both guests had headaches and backaches. This property is not even average and show not be priced at this level especially when far from full on a Saturday night.
