Location

Cleaning of couches at the lobby should be easily done with "Carbona". A redistribution of tables and seats at the breakfast site is necessary in order to avoid crowding in serving area and better circulation.

Terrible service to check in/check out. The hotel does not showed any commitment to make faster and easier the process. I could have spent more than an hour if I had not approached to ask for my room. The hotel needs to have a better organization about the necessary staff in case the hotel is overcrowded.

Took like half an hour to register and have a room and we were checking in around 5 and they didn’t have clean rooms

A nice quiet hotel in a beautiful small city.

AC to loud, sounded like a truck, pool so dirty, horrible taste breakfast, i had to spend 30 minutes to find a parking spot.

The staff was very welcoming and polite. The check in was very simple and smooth. I enjoyed how close it is to the airport and also close to other areas to eat and stuff. The amenities were fair. They have a free breakfast as well and was surprised with the options they had such as fruit and eggs. Recommend staying here!

No complaint. Good value for the money you pay. I would stay here again. If they could improve on something, it would be coffee. They have instant coffee machine that makes bad coffee. Wish they had coffee like the ones at hampton inn. But no complaint

A modern hotel , situated in a parking lot that is surrounded by restaurants , banks and boutiques , which we found to be very convenient. It was really wonderful to able to walk out the hotel and have 6 restaurants within an easy walk.

We stayed there for two nights. The first morning, I wanted to shower in the morning (7am) and there was no hot water. They don't have a maintenance guy on standby so they told me I had to wait until 9am for this person to arrive and fix the issue. I couldn't wait until 9 am since I had an early engagement. I ended up showering at a friend's house. On the second night, my husband and I arrived at night and we didn't realize our AC wasn't turned on. We went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night, sweating because the room was so hot (that's our bad I guess, we didn't think we needed to turn on the AC ourselves). When we eventually did turn it on, it was making the most horrendous sound. We called the lobby to fix it, they couldn't (again, no maintenance guy on standby) so they moved us to a different room (at 2 am!!!!). In our new room, our AC wasn't turned on either. We turned it on, and it also made the worst sound (impossible to sleep). We called again and they switched us to a THIRD ROOM (at 2:30 am!!!). It is also worth mentioning that the person moving us from room to room was a security guard because I guess there were no receptionists at the lobby???? This is unacceptable for a BUSINESS CLASS HOTEL for which in most cases, you're paying for a place to SLEEP AND SHOWER (we couldn't do either).

The check-in process was very difficult. They would not check me in due to the fact that they were apparently not able to find proof that I had paid for my reservation, even though I had my confirmation number, e-mail, and texts from Orbitz. They asked me to forward my confirmation email, which I did, and that wasn't proof enough. The check-in process took about 4 hours. When I tried to talk to management, and they stated that there was no one from management available, but that supposedly someone was actively working on finding my reservation since I arrived. They told me that they were contacting, Expedia, which I believe is the parent company of Orbitz, and that they didn't reply, but I found out that was false. They had not been working on finding my reservation. I had to call Orbitz myself, and spent about an hour and a half on the phone with them. It was until I started to contact Orbitz directly that things magically started to get resolved. I waited in the lobby about four hours total. they told me to go back to the front desk at a certain time, and when I went back, they would tell me that the situation was still not resolved. The staff was aware that I was waiting on being checked in, but they never updated me on the status. they waited until I went up to the front desk after waiting in a long line to only tell me that they could still not check me in. Once management was there, I didn't even receive a single apology or acknowledgement.

A hotel with bed bugs was the last thing I expected. Several family members and I left this place with overnight bites. These were not mosquito bites because like I mentioned we would wake up with new bites. Now coming home I had to leave my luggage outside and follow safety precautions so that I don't bring anything into the house. I stayed on the 4th floor. I let the hotel know when checking out, she made note of it. disappointing experience.

They have hand sanitizer at the entrance and the people at the front desk are friendly... Good location restaurants and stores nearby... The only bad thing is that the parking lot is small and it gets full at nights...

Need more room for cloth when have 2 guests.
