Hotel was in an excellent position to get to Disney, literally 2min on the train which is right outside the hotel. It was €2.20 adult and €1.10 a child each way.
Rooms are dated and lighting was poor in the living room (no main light) everything you would need in the kitchen including a dishwasher and tablet's! Large clean bathroom and bed was comfortable. Rooms lovely and warm. Will definitely stay here again when visiting disneyland!

room was warm , couldn’t get down the side of the bed as wardrobe was that close . asked for single beds wasn’t granted . Cleaners were very good , made beds every day and clean towels

Lovely big accommodation. Emailed the hotel in advance to request not to be put on the ground floor (2 females travelling so feel more comfortable off the ground floor) and when we checked in this hadn't been acknowledged. Originally told the hotel was full but after insisting and reminding them that I had emailed they switched our room (I think perhaps wirh someone else who had yet to check in). Room was surface clean but the shower could have done with a deep clean if I'm honest. Conveniently located for disneyland paris which was our main reason for travel. Have used this hotel 6 times now and will continue to for the convenience and price.

Really convenient hotel to the train station to get to Disney. Great, clean and modern rooms. The room is big, and very nice. The bathroom close up mirror is so good and probably the best in any hotel I’ve been to. Great light in the bathroom. The tub is great. The shower was tricky to understand just in the beginning but I figured it out. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi doesn’t work after midnight, maybe because everyone’s on it? But a bit disappointing. The laugh she storage there is easy and it’s a nice big room. The staff is nice and speaks English. Like another review said, the little tray with coffee and tea packets does not get replenished even though the sign with it says it will.

The building and apartment are very clean, the staff are friendly and it’s in a good location for shops, transport to both Paris and Disneyland, and restaurants.
We got the train in the morning to Disneyland, which took about 5 minutes, and then walked back in the evening, which took about half an hour.
There’s also a large shopping centre with loads of good options nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants.
We went into Paris one day which took about 40 minutes on the train which was absolutely fine.
The only issue we had was that our room was meant to have unlimited snacks and drinks for our stay, but they continually failed to replace drinks and snacks despite asking them multiple times. Not a massive issue, but definitely unprofessional saying one thing and doing another.

House keeping seemed a little hit and miss - one day the beds were completely made and the bathroom was tidied. The other, the duvets were folded and dumped on the ends on the beds. No consistency at all.

There is parking, shops near the hotel, the rooms are clean and it is very convenient for families because there is a kitchen. The staff is great!

Amazing stay! We stayed at the hotel three nights before our Disnayland trip. Juat drive down the parking garage and walk up to the reception.The room has all you need and the temperatures in the rooms are great. We tried the train to central Paris, worked great and just a few minuites walk to the station.
The area around the hotel has several great restaurants and a large shopping mall. Next Disney wisit we will stay here, train to/from Disney in walking distance even whit tired legs.
Hotel.com says that check in closes at 19. That is incorrect. We arriwed late at night and reception is open 24/7.

The male night staff at this hotel were very helpful and kind. They went out of their way to help me after an unfortunate situation happened to us whilst in the city.

The room was clean but looked tired; doors yellowing and sealant coming away. Drain smell in the toilet . Kitchen had limited utensils and the hob was very scratched and looked dirty. The standalone shower door opened inwards. I could barely get in. I feel this is really dangerous to have to manoeuvre around a wet slippy surface. Have stayed here a number of times and this is the first time we have had such a scruffy room

Room was good but towel rack did not hear and dishwasher machine also not working. Room cleaned daily and appreciated fridge and microwave. Instructions for appliances not up to date so had to try to figure out. Bathroom sick clogged during use but eventually drained. Easy to get to train and Disney which is why we chose this location.

This was our third stay in this hotel. This time we stayed as three adults and one child (16) and had the two room layout with one double bed and a double sofa bed and single sofa bed. There was plenty of tok. For all of us.
The staff were amazingly friendly and so helpful.
We ate in the bar the first night and the pizza was lovely; and again the staff were fantastic.
I always feel very safe here and the location of the hotel for catching the RER to Disney is fantastic. One min walk to train station and just one stop (3mins) to Disney and the trains are very regular.
Would highly recommend staying here.

Location is fantastic and we were upgraded to an apartment staff were very friendly and overall it was excellent value for money. I do think the room could have done with a freshed up, some of the paint was dirty, the couch was uncomfortable (it doubled as a sofa bed). Over all though for the price i would stay again for the location to the train.

Excellent stay at Residhome Val D'Europe. We needed a hotel for 2 nights before our stay at Disney and so glad we chose the Residhome. Very good facilities in the kitchen area. Bed very comfortable and all areas very clean. Would definitely stay again.

We rented a large suite with 2 bedrooms (1 with a set of bunk beds and 1 with queen bed), as well as a large sofa bed. It also contained kitchen facilities and 2 showers with 1 separate toilet. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to Eurodisney and you walk right by a large mall with a Primarck which we enjoyed. Lots of room in great location for our family of 2 parents and 2 adult children. Thanks!

We have stayed at this hotel twice before prior to the pandemic so we’re more than happy to book again as the location is directly opposite the rer to central Paris.
Staff very friendly, parking is great, for a fee which isn’t too bad.
The rooms have aged though and need updating. Too Few plugs, 1 usb at the far end of the room. The woodwork is tired and starting to get tatty. Facilities are good and bed comfortable. Domestics come in daily and were brilliant. Bearing in mind the newer hotels in the area it really could do with a refurb of the rooms to make it worth 5 stars again.

Stayed here before going to Disney. Conveniently located and plenty of restaurants and shops in the nearby area. Car park was cheap, €5, and communication before was good. Rooms were big enough for big family and it was nice to have a seating area.

Very warm welcome from the reception team and a 10% discount voucher for the bar. The room, for 4 people was massive, comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel is located less than a minute’s walk from the RER station and is one stop from Disneyland Paris so the location is perfect for a visit to the parks. The main bedroom has sliding doors for privacy from the seating area with the sofa bed.

Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff and the hotel felt very safe. A bit of inconsistency - my son and daughter in law got bottles of water in their room for a one night stay yet I didn’t for a 3 night stay. Really handy for the RER train to Disney. UBER pick up directly outside.

Great location and apartment. Very good customer service and knowledge. Breakfast option was not to the standard expected with hot food not replenished and when request was told it was ‘finished’ even though there was another 2 hours of breakfast time to go - plenty of people who arrived after 9am were also disappointed especially as prepayment was taken at checkin. Would stay again but give breakfast a miss.
