The room had a musty smell. The carpet was dirty with clorox stains everywhere. The hall ways smelled horrible. Went to check on my inlaws on 2nd floor it smelled horrible. Would not stay again or recommend. Was not worth my $340 i payed.

The hall and room had a stinky smell through out. Breakfast was not good either

Was seemingly given a Handicapped room by mistake as I didn’t request one. I thought maybe it was an “only room available” situation at first when I arrived, but that would be odd since I reserved my room a few weeks in advance. Bed was comfortable. Room was extremely echo-heavy however and the AC stopped functioning properly a few days in and wouldn’t stop blasting the coldest air temp. Maintenance was helpful and checked it out, but couldn’t find what caused it or make it stop. I had to cover the AC’s vents with towels just to stop the cold from filling the room. Shower curtain is not a proper material and does not prevent water from getting all over the bathroom. Power went out multiple times throughout my stay as well.

Gheto AF-Quinta! Pubes in the bathroom! Very moldy! We had to purchase our own Draino Mold & Mildew remover. Tub is very unsafe! They need in-tub shower mats. I fell. The staff was so rude & disreapectful that I didn't dare ask for an incident report. Someone tried getting into our room a couple of nights. Loud people in the hallway with loud barking dogs. Dried blood on the curtains! Thread-bare towels. Dirty towels under bathroom vanity. Phone & remote disgusting! Entire room & bathroom shelves needed dusted. Between beds & nightstand smelled like cat urine. I will never stay at any LaQuinta, again!

While the bed was comfortable and the place was quiet, the mildew in the tub/shower area, rust in the sink, and cheap toilet paper left a lot to be desired. And the Free Breakfast was the worst I ever encountered. The place was very minimally staffed. The directions posted on the phone on how to use the phone in the room are incorrect. Whoever owns this franchise is squeezing every penny out of it without investing a penny back in it.

Close to venue

I recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. My first impression was both on the phone before and in person at check in by an older front desk woman Kelly. At first she seemed a bit short and not too friendly, but she warmed up with time. Later in the evening, when there was an issue with my payment through Expedia, the girl who helped me had a bilevel haircut, I didn’t get her name, but she was very helpful, impatient and made sure that I was able to check in through this stress. I was grateful for her help. Through my stay the front desk, people and the housekeeping people were overall great and accommodating, except when it came to trying to extend my stay after the sixth night. I understand they were overwhelmed by a storm and a full hotel for the past three days but with all that given, I feel they could have done more to accommodate my request. They simply said they weren’t allowed to extend anybody’s stay and check back later, etc. I did find a few rooms were available when I got online, However, the room price had more than tripled in price for the evenings following my six nights . that left a bad taste in our mouth and we felt they could’ve helped us extend our stay in honored a price closer to what we had paid.So we checked out Ireally enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and it was great but I felt they could have cleaned it a little more often and that area (fence) needed upkeep. Housekeeping was great! Coffee could be better if made throughout day. Overall good

Room odor - smelled like wet dog. Had to spray deodorant to mask smell and only worked for few minutes.

I would just like to say that the reception is was the absolute best. Her name was Marta just so kind and sleep and very 😁loving.

Nice and clean environment with courteous staff

Our recent dtay at LaQuinta in Rosenberg, TX was a disappointing experience at the front desk. Upon arrival, we encountered a front desk staff member who seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. Despite our attempts to greet her, she did not acknowledge our presence until she had finished whatever task she was preoccupied with. It was disheartening to feel ignored and unwelcomed when simply trying to check in. The hotel itsrlf appeareds to have been arou d for quite some time, and while we understand that not everything can be petfect, basic customer service expectations should be met. A simple smile and a greeting can go a long way in making guests feel valued and appreciated, regardless of the age of the establishment. Despite that experience, all other staff seemed available to assist. There was a large presence of staff members doing many things from cleaning to serving in morning routine and most were pleasant. I would jot stay at this hotel again due to the lack of friendly and attentive service at the front desk. We do jot being made to feel like a burden when traveling. Improved training and a focus on customer service basics could greatly enhance the overall guest experience at this establishment.

I booked for a one night stay and the room was absolutely disgusting. Hair on the toilet. Stuff on the bed. This pictures online are not as shown. Will not be returning.

It was good

Nice and quiet the staff was very friendly they have a nice pool the room was clean we really enjoyed our stay.

Room was dirty, bed sheets had hairs and bodily fluid stains, obviously had not been changed, bath towels had stains (faded blood), mini fridge and microwave had not been cleaned found food crumbs inside both. Low water pressure and A/C smelled moldy. Overall not a pleasant experience!

Property conditions are not hygienic, many hazards for health and children

Room was terrible! Dirty towels left in the closet, trash left in cabinet, bathroom filthy and floors dirty. This room was marked cleaned. I went down to the front desk, the lady I spoke with was very apologetic and immediately sent two people up to clean the entire room. That’s the only good thing that happened. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. We had a softball team stay there and all the rooms were dirty. Be warned book elsewhere.

Disgusting

The room was clean and comfortable. My family and I were able to get off the road and get relaxed for some sleep. If I'm passing through again, I will book here.

The room I had smelled like dirty feet or like stale cigarettes. The carpet didn't look like it had seen a vacuum cleaner in years. There were lose or missing parts in the bathroom. There tub/shower floor didn't have any safety strips in it and was very slippery.

Smell to the rooms were of dog urine, mold in the restroom ceiling, carpet in the halls were stained pretty bad and after a long day of outdoor activities we were not allowed to sit and socialize in the lobby/breakfast area.(the only sitting area) we were told to socialize in our rooms. Beds were decent, only good thing was room got pretty cold. Would not book again!

Solo trip, though the hotel is located next to a freeway the rooms are quiet. The room was clean, it has a tv, small fridge and microwave and TV. The TV remote control just works to turn the TV on and off, but not to select channels, so it is stuck in only one channel. Area is near to some fast food restaurants.

The card scanner was busted. The sheets and towels were stained. The room smelled like cigarettes. And the first time I went to use the toilet, the handle broke off when I flushed

Hotel is absolutely filthy, and I'm not just talking about the rooms! Floors and carpets look as if they havent been cleaned in months, elevator looked as if the homeless took up residence in there, and the entire facility smelled! We had hair on our bedding, stained towels, broken tvs, and a dirty bathroom. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The shower selection was stuck on shower. No bath here. The breakfast was a joke and a disgrace to the term. The girl serving the food was rude and apparently lazy because the food was undercooked or empty. The gravy was milk and water. Yummy on a rock hard biscuit.

The hall ways could be vacuumed, the person bringing breakfast out could put her hair up it was really long and wasn't friendly at all. Kelly in front desk was very friendly, kind and helpful.
