Large room with Juliet balcony on front side facing busy street in nice neighborhood, old town 15 minute walk thru pretty park. Neighborhood lively with plenty of restaurants and coffee places. Desk staff efficient, pretty decor, beds comfortable, amenities in room adequate. Parking available for reasonable rate but garage is tight getting in and out of by American standards. Very pleasant place to stay with reasonable rates

The property is very well located, just over 1 km from the historic center of Oviedo, making it a very pleasant walk.

Good location and facilities. We parked downstairs during the stay. Easy to get into town walking. Accommodating staff. Rooms were a good size and clean.

Check-in was easy, I had a rent a car and the parking is right below the building “very convenient”
When I did the check out I didn’t want to have breakfast but I ask the guy at the front desk to have just coffee and he was very helpful and ask a waitress to bring us coffee.

This isn’t very decent hotel with everything you really need. It’s clean, the staff is helpful, and the location is great. But, to me this is not a five star property. The layouts of the rooms (we had two) are somewhat odd, especially with regards to the bathroom. The sink area is cramped. There’s no comfortable place to put your suitcase other than the floor, and there isn’t that much open floor space around the bed. Closet space is good, so if you’re the type that unpacks everything and hangs things up, you’ll be happy. But if you’re only going to stay a few nights and don’t want to unpack everything...
I think stars are given based on property facilities like having a restaurant or having business facilities. I award stars based on how luxurious and comfortable a place is. In that sense, I’d give this property 3.5 stars.

Nice hotel in the middle of town. Close to everything. Has parking in the property for an extra fee. Friendly staff keeps the place clean.
