The stay is great here. Privileged view and great food at the restaurant, attentive staff. Rooms have recently been remodeled.

Surrounding of the hotel under construction, some drivers going too fast existing at the back of the property, not regards for the safety of the people in the parking lot area!

This is a beautiful and unique gem in Santiago. This boutique hotel has been fully renovated. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and includes a mini fridge, toiletries, and linens of the best quality. Staff was welcoming, Mateo helped us with check in and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend Camp David to everyone. Ah! One last thing, the restaurant is very good with the best passion fruit juice in the city. Hope this helps!

Camp David Ranch is like paradise, the city view is spectacular and the temperature up there is very nice.

Great place for a quiet getaway. Food was excellent at the restaurant. The only downside is that there was nothing to do close by and no amenities like a swimming pool.

Overall, the hotel is a beautiful hotel with an amazing view. Keep in mind, it is far up in the mountains so it is a ways from various attractions etc. The rooms were also nice and clean. I would say, this hotel needs to work on some things. 1) the hotel states there is a gym; there isn’t one. We were told “it’s in the works”. I feel it shouldn’t be publicized that there is one if there isn’t. 2) we paid for a suite. Upon arriving to our suite, there was construction being down literally outside in our patio. We requested Mountain View but received construction view instead. The receptionist was nice and switched us to a room but we were downgraded to a regular room in order to avoid construction. 3) understaff. Upon arrival, the waiter was the one who assisted us with bringing our bag to our room. There aren’t many staff members to assist with basic necessities. Camp David has such good potential, we just felt they are still under construction and in the works for a lot of things. Maybe if things were up to par I definitely would’ve rated higher. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the drinks are worth it.

This was a horrible experience. We just stayed in this hotel just to sleep and dine in their restaurant. Upon checkin out they accused us of breaking a blow dryer that we never used! We didn’t even touch it because we went to the salon before we arrived! Our error was not to check everything upon checkin! Which I never do in any hotel! This has never happened in the 100’s of place we have been! They proceeded to charge us $70 after we left! The staff was very rude and condescending! Such a horrible experience! Will never recommend and you should take them out of your hotels offerings.

It was a horrible experience! I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of service. They accused us of breaking a blow dryer that we never used! After we left they charged our card $70! Our error was not to check everything upon checking in. They probably broke it and accused us! I never have experienced this in any of the 100’s or place that I’ve been.

This property it’s great! I have been there 3 times and I will alucine back!!! The most important is CLEAN! Restaurant is delicious, price is very good!!! The room is heaven.. well everything was perfect.

The hotel and hotel staff were wonderful and the views from the hotel and restaurant were amazing. We were disappointed however with both the food and the slow service at the restaurant. We will definitely stay at the hotel again.

Good hotel, nice view, good restaurant.

Shower head was a 1 star level quality. That’s not acceptable given how much they charge for a room. Lots of construction around the property which made it dirty. Service is ok, staff don’t really care about their job or guests.

This is a great stay. Rooms are on the older side of things in terms of decor, but upkeep was good and everything in the room worked well.
