Typical three star hotel, clean and decent space. Bathroom seemed updated.
One can see when staff loves their job, they don’t in this hotel, but I guess they where students at the University, so that is understandable.

The staff were extremely welcoming of the Furever West furry convention! Cheyenne the bar manager in particular was an amazing host, and everyone working at the front desk were super amazing!

Didn’t care for the attached Perkins for breakfast or dinner. Slow staff, marginal, expensive food. But there are several other options for food very near by.

Check in lady was friendly. Bathroom had strong kitty litter odor-check in lady was apologetic and sprayed the air with cleaner and offered to clean the floors. I declined because I just wanted to rest and didn't feel like having someone in the room cleaning the bathroom. (I let the front desk know about the smell because I didn't want to get charged for bringing a pet.) We found a library card on the chair and a plastic cup under the bed. I debated between 2 hotels for this night and feel I chose the wrong one. The morning staff didn't seem to care about my room concerns--didn't even ask what room number it was. We stayed in 8 different hotels on this trip-this was the most expensive and most disappointing.

Very nice stay. We spent two nights while we were visiting our grandson. The place is clean and was quiet. We enjoyed a drink at the bar in the evening. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was adequate, but nothing sensational. We enjoyed the easy access to Perkins restaurant for breakfast.
Two complaints: 1. We did not get ANY maid service for our room (325) Sunday morning (beds unmade, no fresh towels, full trash cans). 2. The illumination in front of the bathroom mirror was grossly inadequate. Only two low wattage light fixtures on either side of the mirror.

When I checked in, I was told to unhook the phone because rooms are called throughout the night with a cockamamie checking didn’t take the credit card correctly story and asking for your credit card. This led me to behind worrying about how someone knew I had checked into the room, etc. IHG needs to attend to this matter because anyone who reads this review is now going to think twice about staying at the hotel with privacy issues.

My room was one of the most uncomfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. the bed was so high that I couldn't just sit on the edge of it. The rolling chair felt was like it was made out of concrete and the other chair was just hard.
