I arrived late and just wanted to go to bed. Under the sheets , i found a spider which was surprising. I tried to call front desk to ask when was last time they changed the sheets and no response.

The room was spotless and well stocked. Everything was laid out where it could be easily found. The staff was very friendly and inviting. It was a very nice and relaxing stay.

My mother and I were traveling for my uncle's funeral and had drive 6 hours straight to the viewing and then on to the hotel. When we arrived, we were informed that they had "overbooked" and that our room was no longer available. We were assured by a particular unfriendly front desk clerk (Brett) that our entire stay would be covered at a near-by hotel. Once we arrived at that hotel we were informed that Candlewood had said they would only cover one night (although we had already paid for three). The situation escalated until the managers of both hotels had to be in touch. In the end, our payment was transferred, but only as a result of the manager at the new hotel (home2go - which is highly recommended), and after the awful, unprofessional experience at Candlewood. I absolutely do not recommend staying at this facility...or doing so with a back-up plan in mind in case you face the same experience.

This is my first stay at Candlewood Suites. It was better than expected. My only suggestion is for a better wuality coffee service in the rooms.

The Candlewood Suites rooms are fantastic! They are spacious with a desk and kitchenette. We have stayed at several in the past and this was the first one that we can remember having a huge game room. It was such a nice bonus perk (especially if you are someone who is staying for an extended period of time this provides something else you can do and it was included!). The room was clean but we need to mention the best shower ever! There was plenty of water pressure, hot water and an adjustable head that really made it feel like you were getting a massage. This was one shower that I never wanted to leave. An extra bonus was 4 towels instead of the customary two. I also liked that they had both 'soft' and 'firm' pillows on the beds and they were labeled that way so you could get the exact comfort you wanted. Overall we find Candlewood Suites to be generally pleasant experiences but this one was the best one we found yet. Highly recommended!!

Only issue was shower oscillated in temp while using from cool to extremely hot in seconds every 30 seconds or so. Maybe it was just since we were at the end of the building. That said, I'd still definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable at this hotel. I called ahead to get a room on the first floor since we had our dog traveling with us. They were very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The room itself was great everything I needed . The staff was always available to answer any questions I had and the location was great . Whatever I need was just a walking distance away . Would definitely book another room at that hotel !

Absolutely loved our stay this weekend! We stayed for a wedding and the location was perfect. Very close to lots of restaurants and stores and nearby hiking spots. Room was very comfortable and spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Room was very clean & comfortable. Location was great, can walk to restaurants. I was worried about noise, as it is in a congested area, but not noisy at all. Quick overnight trip to visit WKU campus & do some dorm shopping. A couple of nice parks not too far to get some walking in.
