As far as staff and the hotel in general, great! The only problem is that the pool was closed for chlorine maintenance on a holiday long weekend. Should not happen!
That was the only disappointment. If i still had young children, would have been dissatisfied because of pool.

Room service never came, was there for four days. Bathroom fan didn’t work, mold on the pictures in the bathroom and room. A/C unit leaked and had the carpet soaked. Spoke to the clerks and there was never a “manager” on duty or housekeeping the hours we were there. Called to speak with the manager, no return call. Do not recommend, stay elsewhere! I did try to reach out to manager on both hotel phone as well as through hotels.com, no assistance. Normally don’t leave reviews but it was bad and I didn’t have time to fool around we were there for a funeral.

The room was big but we stayed 2 nights..no room service..the bathroom clogged ..the carpet was dirty..I had allergies all night..

When checking in I came at check in time and was told that the room wasn’t ready. I left and came back after 3 hours to go eat and was told again that the room wasn’t ready. This was bad ethics and professionalism because it is impossible that a room would take so long to prepare. Even so I came at the suggested check in time. Then when I arrived to the room I was given a handicapped room. No one I was with was handicapped.

The room was fine, good location. But the bathroom was ick. The drain didn’t work properly, so showering meant standing in a bunch of water. The water pressure was poor, and the water itself smelled and looked gross. Pricing seems high considering it’s just a slightly nicer “motel” room. Otherwise, the hotel is just fine.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Westford-Chelmsford was perfect for our needs! The room was very spacious - loved having a couch, foot rests, large desk, kitchenette with microwave, and plenty of area to get ready at the bathroom sink. Everything was very clean. Location is super easy to get to off the highway, free parking, and staff was friendly on every interaction! The only critique I'd have is the shower head was not my favorite (lots of pressure, but only a few jets), and I wish there was a small ledge or table in the toilet/shower room. Neither affected the quality of the stay though!

I have been to other Hampton Hotels like one in Ocean City, Maryland which there breaksfast was better than this location. The lady handling breakfast on Saturday told me that sausages as paddies are not popular with clientele. Thus one needs to request for them & she offered me some.
The next morining, there was a different lady handling breakfast & when I mentioned the suggestion by previous day lady, she flatly denied that one needs to request for those sausages & none when available that morning
