Staff at reception took a long time to find my booking. My room was in an annex away from the main building. Room was ok but tiny sink, no bedside table or light. Had a fridge and microwave. Room is noisy from road traffic and other people in the annex. Average.

Absolutely pathetic 'free' Wi-Fi. Couldn't get a signal. The TV had Netflix but that didn't work because the WiFi didn't!! Difficult to reverse onto busy main road from parking space. Otherwise it's ok there apart from no breakfast.

After checking in I could park my car in the assigned area but the barrier only opens when you come back to reception using a code. Each time you need to go back to the car park you need to duck under the barrier. The room was clean but hot even with the window open.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to High Wycombe and West Wycombe. Would use again.

I can't fault this place for the price I paid. I stayed one night for somewhere to sleep after a night out. Check in was efficient and easy. The room was surprising good. A little tired in areas but spotlessly clean, big TV, comfy bed, double size shower. I was more than happy. It exceeded my expectations based on the price massively. I would stay again happily on a similar occasion.

Stayed for 1 night in a double room. There was building work going on so limited parking due to skips and rubble, parked next to rubble but off the road so was ok. Room was tired but bed was comfy. Not sure if the room had been cleaned between guests although the bedding was clean the room wasn’t particularly clean.

On arrival there were 2 male staff members on Reception, whilst one was on a call we were kept waiting even though there was another male who could have assigned us our room. The lady on duty later however was very helpful. There was an issue with the plug in the sink with no leverage to lift out once in place and a bulb was not working on the right hand side of the bed. Downstairs room looked out on building works and there was no privacy unless you closed the curtains, a net would have been useful. During the late evening and morning there was loud banging of doors. On the positive the bed was comfortable and nice to have a fridge with tea and coffee facilities. Hot shower and TV all good.

Had booked somewhere else but that turned out to be appalling, so I came here at short notice. Efficient staff, plain but modern decor, clean room with en-suite, parking at the front.

The add said that there was parking on site and there was no need to book it. arrived to limited parking which was full so we had to park 1/4 mile away from hotel Also there was no power for three hours to our room

This was excellent . Staff so kind . Room was on second floor and my bags were carried up for me . It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable . Full English breakfast freshly cooked . A gem

I’m a contractor and when you are trying to keep costs down working in and around London it’s difficult as when you aren’t paying the earth you generally get grotty B&B’s however this one is a breath of fresh air !!! Everything I needed and spotlessly clean !! Excellent !!!!!

Turned up no parking. Then sent to a back alley to park was not safe to leave car there at all no cctv etc was not a hotel more like bnb not as explained on the booking . Com website at all , will be making complaint to Expedia

Helpful staff. Parking is a real issue, nowhere near enough parking for the rooms. Tea and coffee in rooms but no milk cartons. Unfortunately woken up early both mornings one to move my car before 7am and once due to noise from other residents shouting and banging on windows for cars to be moved.

Excellent B&B and competitively priced. Room was more like a studio with cooking facilities and en suite. Full breakfast included in price

Overall great stay, clean pleasant, parking was tricky as i think they are creating a larger car park at the back of the premises, but overall good

there is parking but it is tight. reception is open 24 hours a day so our very late check in was no problem. the room we had was a twin bed under the eves. it was a very odd shaped room luckily we didn't bang our heads on the roof. the twin beds were very separated from each other but you had to get out of bed to tun off the main light. no bedside table microwave or fridge. it was very clean with plain white bedding. the en-suite was lovely. the pillows were hard but the mattress was comfortable. breakfast was too expensive for us at over £8 so we went to a nearby weatherspoons. loud traffic noise

Parked outside the front door. Friendly helpful reception staff, room has everything you need, clean room with nice bathroom (shower only). Good hot breakfast available for sale at a good price. Room was pretty small, I had to walk up stairs to the second floor carrying my case and some details of the hallways said 'low cost option'. But hey what do you expect when paying about a third of the price of other hotels. Looking at the other customers I would judge them mainly to be contractors or business sales people looking for short stay sensibly priced accommodation. As a single female I felt quite safe, reception is manned all night. I would say it's not a honeymoon destination but if you need to stay somewhere clean and serviceable locally and get a good breakfast withouth paying over the odds, then its a great choice, I'd stay there again.

It was so noisy, I barely slept. People coming in at all hours. Not at all peaceful if you're away with work. There were hairs on my pillow too, not good! Staff were friendly enough. It's cheap and cheerful, get what you pay for.

Very convenient for my stopover in the way down to Surrey.

Narrow stairways from street and interior - be careful if you have a large bag to carryCar park good access and space.Room lacked a/c ad so was warm; window needed to be open and resulting street noise was present
