It was a wonderful trip. Very pleasant and relaxing place to stay. Staff very friendly and efficient. Mesmerizing view… 💕 definitely recommending this place.

We visited as a family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children) and we enjoyed our stay at Gocci di Capri. The views are spectacular. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was quite spacious with a good size kitchen. The bathroom was very tired and the shower was awful. There was also a pipe from the air con unit dripping on to the balcony which created a large puddle everyday. The restaurant was lovely. Food was excellent. The bar did lovely panini’s but only at weekends. There was an issue with the on 3 out of the 4 days we were there which meant it was very murky looked generally dirty which was a shame. Although there were some negatives, we would return as the views are unbeatable and it’s a great base for exploring the area.

We spent 5 nights at the hotel. We had a private 1 bedroom suite that was detached from the rest of the hotel. It gives it a more upscale and exclusive feel. Our friends were staying in the main building and didn't enjoy their experience as much. We often ate at the hotel and had an opportunity to try an array of dishes. We recommend the traditional Italian dishes to the more international fares.
The pool is great. The staff friendly and curteous. They arranged our excursions and were generous with their efforts to make our stay as memorable as possible.

Wish we could have stayed longer! The property and lodging was beautiful and well kept. The staff was excellent - attentive and friendly. Good food at both the cafe and restaurant. I would advise asking them to book a private car or renting one because the bus situation is a little dicey (which can be done with a little patience for understanding the schedules).

The staff was excellent, especially Christina, Mike and the young guy who took care of our check in at night. The staff book our boat tour and car tour. Everything was great. The lady serving breakfast was also nice. The place has excellent views, however our flight was delayed and we arrived at night and driving thru the mountain roads got us lost a few times since the roads are not well lighted. The hotel is on top of the mountain, so make sure you arrive daytime. Great hotel overall with great staff.

We appreciate how spacious the room is with large toilet, bed and separate dining and cooking area. Was also nice to have the large outdoor area as well. Overall found it very comfortable and the staff including bartenders are amazing. Slight negative is that there isn’t much telephone reception and the wifi does tend to drop out sometimes. Apart from that it was a lovely stay

The service and quality of the food at the restaurant of hotel and it freshness wasn’t good at all, also they are very rude and agressive people. The bread on the burger clearly was old and maybe expired and I complained to them the star to Argue with me defending that the brad was fresh and good. The bread was falling a part

I residence hotel was great and I highly recommend staying here. My only complaint is the pool closed at 7:30pm which was not posted on the site. After our site seeing adventure I didn’t check in until 7:40. The manager was amazing and allowed my son to swim for a little bit anyway.

The view is gorgeous and the restaurant is good and well serviced. But the reception lacked communication and the bar area was not helpful. There are no COVID protocols as claimed.
When arrived our room had not been cleaned. Even though the site states that there is 24 hours between each stay.
We were not told that you had to make reservations for breakfast so the next morning they wouldn’t seat us. The evening and morning of our departure. We had no running water and no working toilet. There was no communication about it and we were not offered water when I had to inquire about what was going on.

Best resort on the Italian Southern coast! The views are unbelievable. The swimming pool is enormous and well kept. The staff is friendly and attentive. The resort restaurant is five star! The chef is incredible and our server, Antonio is a delight!

The view from our room and the customer service in Gocce di Capri gets a 5 stars plus. Luisa and Cristina at front desk were fantastic. But the service in their bar was even better, all of them, specially Giovanna, the bartender, she was spectacular always smiling and attentive. She prepares their house cocktail Gocce di Capri, delicious, if you like cocktails, you must try it. The guys ( I didn’t get their names) during breakfast time were wonderful too.
The hotel could use a little update, specially in bathroom.

We loved this smaller property. The staff was so friendly, our accomodations (a little cottage actually) was wonderful except for the tiny shower, and the on-site gourmet restaurant was fabulous and so reasonably priced. We loved this hotel and it's magnificent location, close to the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and with a perfect view of the island of Capri. We will definitely return.

Absolutely stunning views from every corner of the property, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location was perfect for what we wanted to get out of our Amalfi Coast experience.
The town of Termini is also just a 5min walk from the hotel and the locals are amazing. We honestly didn’t want to leave!
*the only note I will make, is that the walls are paper thin, so do expect to hear every little noise from the neighbouring rooms. But otherwise, it was a fantastic stay!

The resort has a " surf-shack " feel to it, & is run by a young team of enthusiastic girls & guys, we had a pleasant 2 night stay. Our room was really a small villa, with separate large living +bed + bathroom, with a garden / patio area, with a nice seating area. The hotel faces Capri & Ischia, so sunsets were pretty impressive ! The restaurant only opened on our first night, & whilst the service was a little rusty, no real complaints about the food & drink. Breakfast was typical, though was tasy, & enough. we found it a good base, & took an organised trip to Capri, which worked out ideal, being collected / dropped off at the resort. Overall, we really enjouyed our stay there, no complaints.

We loved our short stay at Gocci de Capri. The hotel was perfectly situated in the friendly little village of Termini. The view of Capri is stunning! The service we received at the hotel was the best we received during our stay in Italy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the weather was not great which drew attention to the poor heating in the apartments. The bathrooms were particularly cold and it’s not pleasant having a shower in a freezing bathroom.Also some of the equipment is tired and could use updating. Overall our stay was great and I would definitely recommend but just wait until the weather is a bit warmer. Would have loved to gavectaken advantage of the pool and outside area!! I would return!!

We stayed here driving down from pompeii to do the Amalfi coast the next day. Distance to positano was about 25mins so very convenient. And excellent for the price we paid. It was very comfortable and was equipped with everything u need. Staff were very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Great views from the apartments and pool area. Good location, as walking distance to a small village with shops and eateries. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area and snack bar are great places to relax. However it was let down by the very dated and damp smelling accommodation. The kitchen in our apartment was very old and tired, the hotels.com photos were clearly taken years ago. General fixtures, fittings and doors were old and grubby. The apartment is clearly overdue a full refurbishment. Also the wild dogs roaming around and swimming in the pool were a real nuisance.

We were very disappointed the pictures shown online are very deceiving, the beach looks very close but at least a 30 minute drive and our room smelled and had a lot of mold. I would not recommend this property unless you don’t mind being by a pool and breathing in moldy air.
