I enjoyed my stay. Front desk staff catered to my needs and was very welcoming. The room was spotless and complimentary breakfast was a plus. Will recommend this hotel experience to everyone.

Great location. The breakfast was very nice and hot. The ladies kept the breakfast area clean and stocked for the people. I got the Suite and it was large and comfortable. Very nice place to stay!!!

I did not like this hotel one bit. First of all, I booked a room of 5, we got in late, and there was only 3 towels in the room, something is definitely wrong with the elevator, I’m not exactly sure but after using it my family all became off balanced and slightly dizzy and this happened every time. The rooms were not cleaned well, there was hair in the bathroom, the area where the fridge was, there was stains to the side and more hair. The bathroom was not cleaned well, I saw little stains everywhere. The next day I called and requested more towels, the receptionist said she would get some to our room, never got them. The only nice thing about this hotel was the ladies who checked us in, they were nice. Otherwise, I’m glad I stayed one night only, I would never go back.

Beds are too high for elderly... had to ask for a step stool. Not the safest idea but it worked.
Had an issue with ants on the bedside table due to a food container. Advise the front desk.
The tub was a little slippery (used a hand towel to avoid slip/fall).
I guess we should have asked for a handicap room.

It’s convenient close to major shopping. Felt safe and secured. Rachel at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Doesn’t have a smart tv in the room but there is a very comfortable bed.

This hotel has the friendliest and most accommodating staff The property is very well maintained and it is close to restaurants, shopping, freeways, etc.
The breakfast is always hot and very good.

Hotel was clean,friendly staff. great breakfast options. Good location. Pillows were too soft and the a/c in 324 was extremely noisy. didnt sleep for 2 nts. didnt make sense to change rooms for 1 nt. would stay again.
