Very nice, very clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and welcoming. Nice location near the World Headquarters of Jehovah witnesses. Was able to check in a little earlier which was nice instead of waiting in the lobby for checking time. Overall it was a great stay! Thanks

This hotel was a typical Hampton Inn however the price was ridiculously high for two people. I would not suggest it because of the price you can get a much nicer hotel for less.

We have many stays at this location in Central Valley and the service is always very friendly and responsive, and this time was no exception.
Our issue on this trip was cleanliness and condition of the hotel, which was very out of character. Overflowing trash cans, very filthy lobby restrooms and a bug problem in our room. Evidently some sort of beetle that proliferates in the fall. They enter through the a/c unit and covered our ceiling while we slept at night. The front desk mentioned their efforts to contain, but access through the a/c unit made it difficult.
Breakfast on Sunday was cold, not done well.
All of this was completely out of character for this location based on our earlier stays. The current high cost of hotel rooms becomes more painful given the condition of the stay. We didn't receive the value for the expense this time.

Everything was fine except for the location of the room. We asked for a mobility accessible room. The room and accessibility was perfect but it was the last room at the end of the corridor , located next to the exit door. There was a lot of in and out, all night and the banging of the door kept us awake. 😔 we ended being very tired driving back home, the next day, which was an 8 hour drive.

Perfect accommodations for shopping for a few days at the outlets. Front desk staff extremely pleasant and helpful!

The room was clean and looked quite new.
Check in and out was easy.
I have food allergies and when I asked the gentleman working at breakfast to see some ingredients unfortunately he didn’t speak English . However there was a breakfast option of yoghurt with ingredients I was able to eat.
Would recommend and stay again .

The staff are friendly and helpful. The indoor pool, which opens early and closes late, is perfect for traveling with children. Breakfast offers a good variety, including hot options like egg omelets with cheese, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, and baked potatoes, as well as cold options like cereal with milk, muffins, fresh fruits and bagels. The atmosphere is very quiet, making it ideal for resting. The bathroom is spacious and provides adequate wall hooks for hanging towels. Overall, the experience was great, and I will definitely return.

It’s my second time staying at this hotel with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) and just like the first time, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing is…this time we wet in room 138 and the noise from the lobby was awful, especially in the morning.

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was excessively noisy, making it difficult for me to fall asleep, and consequently, I felt very tired the next day.
The receptionist's attitude during checkout was very poor. I accidentally got a small part of the room card's paper cover wet, and the receptionist angrily asked me, "Why?" This made me feel very puzzled and unnecessarily uncomfortable.
