The room was really deceiving. VERY small and bathroom was dirty.

This was a great hotel, the staff there were awesome!! And it was centrally located to amazing stores!!

The room is small but what I expected for hotel in France. The location is great and they keep the luggege after check out. It was helpful for me. The only downside is the elevator is extremely small. I used it only when I needed to carry my heavy suitcase.

This Hotel is very convenient to walk around the center of Toulouse. This is a very clean and nice environment. We really enjoyed the breakfast The staff are very friendly, especially Pauline at our breakfast area. She was very kind and helpful . She is a great asset to your Hotel. Terry and Gloria Chaney

The hotel is in the centre and we visited everything on foot. The staff is very friendly , very good breakfast , nicely decorated breakfast room.

The location of the hotel is excellent - in the centre, close to everything, but on a quiet street. The staff was excellent too and very friendly! The room was quiet small (12 sq m). The quality of breakfast products was great, but the selection was small for the price (€14). There is no parking in the hotel. There is a car park within 2 minutes walk that costs €30 per day. The hotel has an agreement with another car park within 5 minutes walk that costs €20 per day, however each day we easily found street parking next to it that is free at night and on Sundays. Look at Rue Denfert Rochereau and the surrounding streets.

This was a great find - perfect quiet location in a friendly family hotel with a good continental breakfast - in the hub of the old town with everything very nearby - good Superior rooms - plenty of character

This is a very friendly well run hotel with absolutely amazing staff - nothing was too much trouble - hotel was full of character and in a wonderful location - good continental breakfast with some delicious jam and freshly squeezed orange juice - would not stay anywhere else if we return to Toulouse

Sweet hotel with quiet room and wonderful breakfast. Great walkable location, close to restaurants, shopping, Marche Victor Hugo, metro, bus to airport, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice stay, staff very helpful, clean and felt safe. Having to return the key every time you leave is tiresome and old fashioned but other than that, great.

Really nice hotel, very clean. Shame there was no coffee facilities in the room but in walking distance to the Christmas market which is what we visited for. Easy to get to from the airport, safe location, overall very good stay. Would return to the same hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great location. I only stayed the one night so the room was great. However, if it had been a longer stay it would have been cramped. The desk chair was slightly too large to fit fully under the desk, lending to the cramped feeling. The bathroom felt smaller than it was because I couldn't fully open the bathroom door as there was a large towel holder attached to the back of the door. Eventually it will damage the wall. I would suggest removing it and replacing with a towel holder more proportionate to the space - but not on the door or directly behind the door! The bed was super comfortable! As were the pillows - I loved them! The automatic volets were a nice touch. I actually loved my view of the Toulouse rooftops!

This hotel was amazing, clean,comfortable and convenient. The staff were very kind and helpful. On our checkout today we were not able to order an UberXL, the reception helped us order a large cab but we were not sure if it would fit all our luggage, she helped us talk to the taxi company , the taxi driver and also workout a plan b. She answered all my questions with patience and understanding. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hotel with friendly accommodating staff. Close to the Capitole Center where there are plenty of cafes and shops. Room was very spacious according to my experience with European hotels. The elevator was a welcome relief!

Great location close to everything, very friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, powerful shower. A few minor issues - our safe didn't work and the air con didn’t seem to either.

I was a solo female traveller who stayed one night at this hotel. The location is fantastic and not noisy at all at night. It will be completely quiet from 9:30pm so I would suggest you return to the hotel by then. Very polite staff!
