Everything is satisfactory. Good comfy bed, clean rooms and toilets. Free self parking and breakfast is good. Only bad things are the shower and the USB ports. None work.

Extremely clean room, pool, hot tub. Great breakfast. Quiet indoors and quiet location. Pillows could hold their shape a little better - but I'm picky about bedding. We definitely plan to return.

The front desk people are especially helpful and work quickly to answer questions. Ashanti and Tisztee (sp?) are amazing!

It was a nice place to stay the weekend at for a sporting competition. The room was clean and the breakfast was good but busy with travelers.

This hotel had its positives and negatives.
Pros: the breakfast was great, very friendly staff and it was clean.
Negs: the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Our heat didn’t work. Thankfully the moved us to a new room but unfortunately it was after we had unpacked and gotten our daughter ready and into bed.
Some type of compensation would have been appreciated.

Was only there for one short night. But the front desk was quick to respond when I called for the shuttle from the airport and gave very clear instructions and how to find it. A simple, easy flow from the airport to the hotel, check in with smooth and easy, The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and a lot of options. Easy departure.

The facility was clean, safe and quiet. The check-in was problematic. I reserved an accessible room. The first room was not accessible. I returned to the front desk to ask for the accessible room. The attendant argued with me that I had not reserved an accessible room. This went on for several minutes until I insisted that she find one for me. She eventually found me a room with a walk-in shower. I told her that her response should have been "I don't have that on my computer but let me see what I can do for you" She was not very pleased with me. If she wants to stay in hospitality she needs to learn how to pivot in that kind of situation.

Hotel is in a business park with a couple other hotels. The only walkable dining option was in one of the other hotels. Staff were nice and the rooms were clean. Bed was old and sagging but after running away from a damp moldy room at another hotel it was definitely an improvement. Pool was nice and finally found a place with a hot tub! We had an early flight so we weren't able to check out breakfast

This hotel was fantastic overall. Very nice staff and very clean and well maintained. The shuttle from the airport was great and the breakfast had a lot of choices, from omelets to waffles to cereal and fruit. The pool and hot tub were also great too. Overall, it is a great hotel to stay at!

I had hair in my bed and it was to late to have them come up and fix the problem. Will not stay back here for that reason. I thought they did not clean the whole bed but was to tired to make a big deal out of it

We were only there for about 4 hours- late arrival and early check out. The staff was helpful and willing to accommodate. The shuttle to and from Dulles was prompt and clean. Honestly, wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the many amenities.

The hotel was super noisy. And I do not know why they charge me $60

I have stayed at this hotel before, but this time I noticed a significant reduction in the variety of items offered at breakfast. One day, basic fruits like bananas were not available, and on another day, eggs were not replenished. The variety of sausages was also very limited. While the breakfast was adequate, it could have been better considering the price charged.

This facility was near our relatives. We were unable to stay with them due to allergies to their cats. Everything at the Hampton Inn at Dulles met our needs. It was was very clean and quiet.

Stayed for a night prior to flying out of Dulles next day. Would stay here again. Good rate and nice staff at front desk. Utilized shuttle to and from airport and paid $10/day to leave car at hotel - was very convenient. Room was clean.
