Wonderful place. I usually stay here when I am in town. The only thing that I can did not like was the house keeping team was so loud during the early morning. They were screaming, and laughing and being really unprofessional. Everyday it was an issue!

Enjoyed the overnight stay. I would stay there again. Did not get to see much because I checked in late and checked out early. No photo at this time

The hotel is a little outdated and most of the rooms have bathtubs.
My father has one leg amputated and needed a room with walk in shower. The hotel would not honor the request because the reservation was made through a third party. I offered to pay the difference and they still declined.
Rooms were available, they hotel wasn’t fully booked!

This was the absolute worst hospitality experience of our life. Booked 3 nights in the middle of a hurricane evacuation and they CANCELLED the reservation with no communication. They say they tried to call. No record of when. No message on the Hotels.com app where I have had comms from hotels before. No email. They Say they tried to authorize (though it was a Pay at the hotel reservations) and my card “didn’t work.” Somehow, however, hotels.com charged the same card for the trip insurance. The hotel turned us away with no assistance and told us it was not their problem. Extremely unprofessional at the front desk insinuating we did something wrong. We ended up having to drive five hours (after driving 7 hours to get there) to find a place to say due to the hurricane evacuation. Will never stay at a holiday inn or use the hotels.com service again.

The staff was awesome, This is the first property I even been to that didn’t have a “Iron” Me & my husband had to go to our son game with wrinkle clothes on. After driving several hours & trying to check in, get dressed & attend the game on time we didn’t get a chance to buy one. This was very disappointing!!

What you would expect for a Holiday Inn. It was very clean and the staff was exceptional. The treats and wine upon arrival was a very nice surprise!

We enjoyed our stay. The first room smelled really musty so they moved us to another room no questions asked and sent someone to research the issue. It may have been the air conditioner. The staff was very nice and very helpful.

The rooms were nice but booking was terrible it took almost 2 hours for them to get me in my room because of a small mistake but the lady was so patient and worked so hard to do what she needed to do

The property was very conveniently located within a 1/4 mile to half a mile from the local mall, restaurants, grocery outlets and other shopping areas. There was not an area was not likeable about the property. Some maintenance request on the exercise equipment was addressed and fixed immediately. I would stay there again in the future because of the easy access to everything mentioned above.

Great check in and very clean from the start.
Room was excellent as far as cleanliness and comfort. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was well maintained.
Breakfast was good in the morning…only negative was it was busy and they lacked a lot of food at points but they were fairly quick to refill the trays. Overall a great stay.

House keeping as well as house maintenance is very poor. Especially for a pretty new hotel. Bathroom (304) was full of black mold in the shower. Shower walls had spots with red mold on it. AC was blowing cold air the entire night and could not be switched off. The security lock on the door was only fixed with one screw. The other two were missing. Carpet is dirty. I walked barefoot from the bed into the shower and the shower floor was black.

Sadly on 90 degree memorial holiday weekend in Georgia, the pool was not available. Major disappointment for our 4 families with kids!!!

The front desk womab was rude on checkin and they did not provide the suite that I had booked. The property was clean but the staff ruined it from the very start.
