Nice hotel but could use some remodeling!!

Elevators didn’t work. Had to turn on hot tub jets with a pair of pliers not very clean. Blood on blanket on one of the beds.

The property and room was clean especially the bathroom condition but there was a some type of electrical issue where guests did not get any room keys and it took forever to check in as there were only 2 staff members helping clients opening each room via a staff key

Always nice to have pet friendly. Not sure that my 8 lb dog deserves to be charged $50.

Great place to stop and sleep in a clean room and quiet hotel

Our main reason to stay there was to relax in the hot tub and pool. And the hot tub was not working because the knob was gone.

A/C did not work. Not a very restful night.

Staff members Jennifer at check in was welcoming and friendly. Carlos stopped what he was doing to say hi to me even though he was obviously hard at work. Cleaning staff were politely assertive when we were several minutes late checking out. All pool and hot tub facilities were clean and enjoyable up to 11 pm. Towels provided. Free breakfast was served with many choices available. Close to Starbucks. We enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was in fine shape other than the fact that almost all of the fitness room equipment was broken or in need of maintenance. For my daily run I resorted to going for a run outside thru Rawlins where I had to brave the testorone-driven trucks and other hazardous drivers as well as dodge the loose, stray dog that seem to hate anyone not driving in a vehicle. The weather was fine for it but there are plenty of risks taken when you go for a run in a town you are unfamiliar with. It sure would have been nice if either of the treadmills in the "fitness" room were operational. One didn't even turn on and had some nuts and bolts sitting on the console tray. The other one seemed to work at walking speed but when you ramped up to running speed it would stutter and stop as you were trying to run. Obviously these machines were purchased many years ago and have not been maintained. The only new piece of equipment is the Peloton bike, but I don't pay for that service so it was rather useless for me.

Our tv display continually pixilated. We called the front desk and they moved us to a different room. The hot tub was warm but the controls working the jets was broken. Over all our stay was ok.

Breakfast was excellent...the room was very clean!

The room was comfortable and the bathroom had ask of the necessities. The towels were new and fluffy. The complimentary breakfast was the normal with waffles, eggs, meat, potatoes, muffins and other pastries, juice, coffee, and almond milk was also available.

This location is quiet since it doesn’t back up to the railway tracks. The staff are very friendly and I have stayed here every time we’ve driven through the area (4x’s in the last 9 months). It’s a safe location that is easy to get off & on the highway since the road is wide with a red light at the corner. The only issue you might experience is the pot holes on the road in front of the hotel, but that’s not really something the hotel can control ( just don’t come in on 2 wheels).

Liked the pool and hot tub Didn't like noisy room above or next to us.

Fast friendly check-in. Clean comfy room. Breakfast was good. I'd stay again(just through Expedia)...

I reserved two rooms, one of which was supposed to be assessable for my father and disabled mother. The front desk person was very kind but did not apparently have correct information about the rooms because my mother’s room was definitely not assessable. Room was small. No bars in the bathroom or room to maneuver around the bed. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until my parents told me the next morning.

Property was great and clean. Only complaint it is way past due to change the American flag hanging outside. Very torn.

Great open floor, comfortable and really clean. Sheets, pillows and comforter were fresh, and clean. Amazing bathroom amenities. Only downside, TV didn’t work but fast stay so it didn’t matter too much!!
