Is always great to go back, to Fiesta Inn. Everytime that I visit my friend in Toluca, I always choose FInn. Is close to everything and the personal is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are small but clean and the beds were comfortable. It's only a 5 minute drive to the Toluca airport and that's why we stayed there. The staff is very friendly also.

Even is a low cost hotel they should care a bit more for their product and of course for the client. They rely to much on the chain they belong to .

Went for One hotel because have stayed in others. This one was not the usual standard. How can our room not be ready when we arrive at 6pm!?! Waited 5 mins then told them it was ridiculous they did not have a room available in the whole building. Got one but it smelt of paint and there was no way to open the window. Only 1 set of towels for the 2 of us. Bathroom light broken. Horrible, grubby desk chair. Woken at 6 am by scraping of furniture in another room which went on for 20 mins. Breakfast was a bun fight.

The hotel is nice, modern, rooms small, breakfast includes chilaquiles and eggs so it is more complete than in other similar hotels. When booking a room in this hotel your taxes and fees end up being higher than when doing so in others with the same rate and same number of people staying in the room...Also the internet connection is very slow.

The hotel was a great price. It was close to Toluca Airport that had a free shuttle in the morning. The hotel was clean, with free internet and free breakfast. We arrived very late, and they offered us a free ride with the hotel shuttle to a nice restaurant in Toluca. They picked us up later that evening.
