We love to stay at Hyatt House and will go back. This time we didnt have hot water for our showers. We didnt have time to speak to the hotel while there so we took cold showers and checked out. I hope that is resolved for the next time we stay. Everything else was great as it normally is.

Our suite at the Hyatt had everything you could need in the kitchen, and a super comfortable bed to boot! It was quiet & peaceful, and breakfast was definitely better than what is usually found, great pool too!

Over all it was a good stay. We’ve stayed here before and liked how easy it was to get to and from for the things we were here for. Only issues we had was that we were placed by the side door where people enter. We could hear people coming in and out all night. One lady was taking her dog out multiple times (which is great) but her dog was barking none stop in and out. We had a cold shower on our last morning which was weird because it was only two of us. We plan on returning in a few weeks. So we’ll see how it is then.

Service was great. I loved my room. It was spacious. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast was delicious too. The hot tub and pool were nice. I chose this location to be close to the MG Conference Center at SLC College. It was a relief to know there was water available at the front. There is some noise issues with traffic but not as annoying.

The hotel was perfect for our family trip. The breakfast had many excellent choices, including made to order omelet. Overall, it is a great place and close location to many mountain trails and excursions.

I liked the area, close to food/shopping but sadly the pool was very busy with non paying guests… watched a car pull into the parking lot full of kids with their water toys, an employee met them at the gate to let them in(I’m assuming family or friend of theirs) they stayed for several hours and let in a few more.

The room was nice and management was helpful, but we had no TV remote and apparently there were no replacements for it. The individual responsible for TV programming does not work the weekends so went without TV in our room. - of not we could turn it on manually but it was stuck in MTV.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful in giving us early check in when we arrived, which was so appreciated after a long trip. Very comfortable with large rooms and a good breakfast. The fresh fruit at breakfast was particularly good. We enjoyed our stay.

This place is a great find for anyone going to a Real Salt Lake game! It’s super convenient to the stadium, it’s really nice and clean, and they have breakfast for you in the morning! It’s also easy to get to and conveniently off the freeway. My husband and I will stay here every time we come down for a game!

It is a very nice property and large. Check In and out was easy and the staff was very nice. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very comfortable and the kitchen was even stocked with dishes and utensils. There were only 2 negatives. The first one was that the vent from the downstairs kitchen must go right to our room because when they would cook our whole room would smell of what they were making. When it was breakfast the smell of sausage was great to wake up to lol but in the evening they made something with onions and it was awful. It was room 307 and it would only happen in one of the bedrooms. The second one is that this property is not by anything except other large corporate buildings. It’s not in walking distance to any food or shopping. It’s a very nice and clean area though .

The property is very clean is located in a safe area close to stores and restaurants. The best part of the hotel is the people. Every single person I met was genuine let kind and hardworking. Yvette from the front desk was exceptional. She made my reservation change seemless. She also took a genuine interest in the well being of my son and his roommates there for summer baseball. My daughter & I stayed in a studio suite for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great location and very family friendly. We enjoyed the small pool and outdoor areas. The free breakfast was perfect with hot food options, cereals and yogurt. I will definitely stay here again.
