Hotel is ok. Our room had wallpaper peeling off the walls, no usb plugs, tv wouldn’t connect to internet and generally little worn out. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Overall ok, just needs to be better maintained.

No mattress covers!!!!!!!
No pillow covers.
Old flat, very used pillows.
Old TV.
Breakfast… no bacon or sausage. Interesting.
Met owner apon arriving- very nice.
Due to this being our second experience at the Hampton, Rockwall, we will not be staying there again.
I can put up with minor things but no mattress and pillow covers is a big NO.
I have my own VRBO- and Hampton In should know better. Shame on them.

I was a little disappointed in the Hampton Inn even though they had it posted that it was under construction, we have stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns but the walls were torn up in the hallways and it was not the quality that a Hampton inn usually is

It was under renovation but in the room, the floors were sticky, some lights didn’t work, one pillow had a stain on it. Other than that, it was okay.

Convenient location. Most of the staff was very friendly. The bathroom gave off a sewer gas smell. The toilet holder was loose in the wall. The bath sink drained slowly. There were several mold/mildew spots in the shower. The rest of the room was just fine. The remote control is not easy to use and scrolling through channels is time consuming. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea were always available.

In town for a volleyball tournament, check in lady was super sweet and helpful. Room was great, my FAVORITE part was the shower……NO shower curtain!!! It was glass doors!! I am a germ freak so this was a big plus, bed was comfortable breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again.

Had to wait for someone to come to desk to check in, then was given room key - went to room and wasn’t room we booked
We booked a queen 2 bed and were given a king bed only
Went downstairs and asked why I didn’t get the room I booked and they stated they overbooked the hotel. I had booked my room 2 weeks in advance- nor was I told about the mistake on their end until I came back down to ask about it

Intil check out today everyone was wonderful. The teo times I needed something from the fromt desk the clerk was on the phone clearly with a hotel manager and ignored le. Ot happened again w two women at the desk on a work call. VERY FRUSTRATING. Also the TV did mot work even after the Gen Mgr tried to fix it.

The toilet did not flush properly. When I made the reservations, it showed that it was "Pet Friendly", never mentioned pricing, then when i got there, I was charged an extra $75.00 for just 1 night.

During the check in process there was a young girl playing on the other computer at the front desk. The game she was playing was so loud that I had trouble hearing what the front desk staff were asking me. Very unprofessional.
