Incredible staff and service. Food was excellent and always a seat open at the restaurant. Only concern is the neighborhood surrounding is less family friendly and more of a club and bar scene, but the hotel itself is the best option in Bucaramanga for travelers with pets

Great hotel at an affordable price. We stayed for 4 nights and have to say I am quite impressed with the quality of the service, always delivered with a smile. Room as clean and relatively spacious, the food at the restaurant by the pool is of the highest quality offering local dishes and outstanding service. I also tried the SPA, and they were able to accommodate a massage on short notice. Certainly when traveling to Bucaramanga in the future I will stay here again.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was comfortable and good hot water flow for the shower. Internet-great. Breakfast-great. Definitely worth staying here again. Great job everybody.

It is such a great hotel with excellent staff.

We got stained towels, an overstuffed fridge that caused and accident and were basically called liars by the staff. We also paid exorbitant fees unfairly for attempting to clean the mess of glass from the overstuffed fridge. It definitely feels as if our nature of tipping and taking care of the staff was taken advantage of and when asked to speak to someone in charge of everyone, we were given a runaround and not resolved at all. Will never stay here again and don’t recommend it given the staffs multiple times that we were taken for fools and ripped off.

What I didn’t like is the noisy neighbors and the bad internet connection.

When I check in the room wasn’t clean. The bathroom light didn’t work. The beds are hard like bricks or prison beds you can’t sleep good. Everything is outdated.

Older, well kept hotel. Pool was huge and immaculately kept. Rooms older but very clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ample. Coffee was excellent. Neighborhood was safe but very active and noisy at night. Ask for a quiet room.

Thé hotel is well located, clean and staff very gently. The restaurant is good and pool is well maintained, there are activities organized for the kids.
I used the spa too, a good service. Nice point, there is a spa for girls, that my girls enjoyed a lot.

What was unique about the property is that the front lobby was entirely open to the fresh air and so was the restaurant. I liked the relaxed, friendly and helpful staff. The food was healthy and delicious. The music in the restaurant was soft and relaxing. The room was spacious, clean with laundry service and bar fridge available. I have been very happy here.

Checking in took around 30-40 minutes. I guess the receptionist was a bit lost since the rest of the staff was very helpful afterwards. The room was definitely not 4* . And Saturday night was awful with the music from the street running full volume until 2am, even if we were in the 10th floor. Other than the music the location is fine.

Looked a bit outdated, mini bar didnt get refilled.Products of mini. ar due date.The hotel isnt that bad but the area isnt the best.

The hotel is convenient for business - the rooms are quite simple and the beds not the most comfortable but the service is great and the restaurant by the pool has options. Will be staying here again as most of the events I attend are there.
