I had a good time in hotel Gdansk. Location is good close to old town. Everything was clean and stylish. I liked my one person room. Gym is more like a fitness room, not real gym. Parking price is a bit high if you are ready to walk few hundres meters you can park your car abput 1/3 price in public park. Hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel. Don't know about that but its worth of visit anyway.

Best hotel experience in Gdansk

Overlooks a marina and is very close to the excellent Maritime Museum.

Excellent location, nice clean historic hotel, cleaning of the room every day and fast internet.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Breakfast was decent, staff were helpful and friendly. The room size was good and very clean If I was to return I would definitely stay at the hotel again

Excellent rooms and good location

Very nice hotel but minimalistic staff in every sense. It is off season. Nice spacious rooms. Very traditional decor. Well equipped in everything one needs. Nice bath robes and slippers, toiletries and bottled water. Elevators when needed. Quiet. Good restaurant downstairs.

This is a great hotel. It gets a bit warm at night though, even in the middle of winter. Our AC was broken in our room but we got to switch to another room the day after so that was great. The staff was very professional. The restaurant, Brovarnia, has superb beer and also good food. The location is close to almost everything you need when staying in Old Town Gdansk.

The warmest welcome I have had in years on a very cold and snowing trip to Gdansk. Hotel staff are amazing and attentive to take care of guests. Stay was too short and will return for longer next trip. Hotel is in a quiet location less than 10 minutes from the old town square and surrounded by places to eat. Hotel restaurant and bar is amazing with a huge selection of micro brew award winning beer.

We stayed in both 5 and 4 star parts and equally liked them. Great staff, always ready to help, breakfast is nice, good variety. Close to the old town.

It was really unexpectedly better than anticipated

We have just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay in this wonderful hotel . Wouldnt hesitate to come back again and recommend to friends . Staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfast ( only meal that we had there ) was fabulous - you certainly wouldnt struggle to be full up for the rest of the day . 10/10 in every way

A wonderful place with great facilities, helpful staff and in an ideal location! And what an historic setting to explore Gdańsk. Staying here made all the difference for me.

Goood location and good service. Large room. Very good breakfast. Didn't like, no lift to the 5th and 6th floor. The rooms is "heavy" and dark in the main building.. Carpets on the floor. Refrigerator did not work. we travel a lot all over the world and this is not 5* in my eyes.

Very good location and at arrival a very nice and clean room. But this hotel do not clean the rooms - even though we requested daily cleaning this was only done partly. For instance the used coffe cups were not cleaned and no full up of toilet paper etc. Even though Poland is not a part of Hotelstars union that covers most of Europe - we expected daily cleaning. Parking: Prior to our stay I called the hotel to reserve parking, and was told that this was not a problem. But at arrival there were no parking and they did not remember that they had promised this. We found a public parking near by. When we day 2 of our stay had to prolong the parking the automat did not work and could not take card only coins. Returned to get help from the hotel - none was provided - ended up using more than and hour to try to exchange bills to coins - the hotel had no coins and did not try to help. During our 4 day stay we did see free parking spaces owned by the hotel - but was denied use. In general the young and new staff tried to be helpfull - but the older staff was very unfriendly. Making us feel that they did not like us. Så despite good location, Nice room in size and Nice breakfast - we can NOT recommend this hotel. This was a part of a longer car trip around Europe with a varity of hotels from 3-5 stars and this hotel is the only one we give a bad review - all other hotels on our journey provided much better service and cleaning - also the 3 stars hotel.

lovely comfortable quiet hotel on the waterfront... no complaints at all

We had a lovely stay here, came mid week and it was lovely and quiet. The reception staff were great and went out of their way to help. Our room faced out onto the water but the room was soundproofed so we couldn't here any of the work going on. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere and only needed to get transport to go to the airport. Only problem is the room did get slightly warm but there was aircon and we could just open the window! Would definitely recommend.
