The hotel was fine your new reward scheme is awful and a rip off as you refuse to answer my attempts to reach out to you to answer my questions on how I’ve gone from a decent reward system to a completely flaws one I will comment this way

Okay place to stay overnight

Had a one night stay the hotel was clean and tidy the staff very helpful, had a meal in restaurant which was lovely but I would have liked a couple more options.breakfasts was very good parking although only a couple of minutes walk was easy enough only problem I had it would not recognise my reg no so had to put in manually on leaving

Excellent hotel apart from the breakfast Very little bread out for toast bacon under cooked and very fatty , fried eggs where swimming in oil and looked like they’d been there for ages , sausages where ok , that’s the best I could say

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was good and decent choice of different food.

Great location for the town centre, local sites, Watford junction trains to London and all major roads.

Most of the staff were very helpfull and respectful treated everyone equal

Ok stay, but the ladies behind the frontdesk was not serivceminded, and acted very nonchalant, when we asked them a few questions regarding transfer.

hotel was fine just a bit soulless, great location, would have been a 5 except for the door slammers, and the workman on a Monday morning at 8:30 am drilling and banging.

Ideally located to walk to Watford junction. Town centre, near main high street. Parking for £4 a day in car park 150m away, if you pay in the reception. Great base for trips into london.

Aircon never seems to work properly or switches off

Stayed here a couple of times and it’s clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff and perfectly located to Watford and the train station. Will definitely stay again.

Great place, beautiful and kind staff

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, great cleaning, good breakfast. 20 minutes to London and much higher standard compared to what could be found in London for this price. Will absolutely come back.

Good location for about a 10 min walk to train station. Not super close or super far from stuff in Watford.

Would have been perfect but there was too much noise. You can hear the doors close but it was really loud, the sound was like when you slam the door hard. Plenty of this throughout the night and early hours of the morning. Moreover, you can hear the other guest when they are talking as they pass the corridor. Hence, we didn’t sleep well. The other Leonardo Hotels we stayed-Tower Bridge & St Pauls, were quiet and peaceful.

Quality

Check in was smooth and good with a helpful receptionist advising on train stations etc. Room 442 overlooked by the office being built facing and very noisy building work Friday and Saturday. Bathroom had constant water noise that didn’t let up for the entire stay. Bed comfortable. Room good except an extra do single bed was made up so we had limited room as there were just the 2 of us staying - could not be bothered wasting my time at reception to tell them to take the bed away or sort the bathroom out as they really should have got it right without me having to tell them. I mean the cleaner goes in every day so if she can’t be arsed telling maintenance then I can’t either!

Don't love it. No toiletry, tiny little shower room. No facilities at all. Shame.

Well presented, clean and friendly hotel. Warm welcome on arrival, easy quick check in. The room was well presented and very clean, good size new TV and a very comfortable bed! Air conditioned rooms so nice overall temperature. Friendly staff at the bar with a good choice of food and beverages. Overall a nice experience.
