Exceptional hotel with great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was nice and clean. Staff were 10/10 my favorite place I stayed in area. I will return!!

The staff were ABSOLUTELY stand out. They were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The facility was great--lovely pool, comfortable rooms and options to dine or drink onsite after a long day. Would HIGLY recommend to anyone coming to Antibes to stay here!

This is convenient for Juan les pins but the main town is a long walk. Also the hotel has a very cheap policy about towels you have to give them a coupon and return it so you’re not charged €50. You can’t take towels to the beach which means you have to go buy one. The rooms have been updated but you can hear every sound in every other room. Room 205 the air conditioner is faulty and the room smells of mould, they were kind enough to move me but I feel it was bad they still rent out a room that could cause health issues. I would not stay here again

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable, nice service and perfect location.

Many hotels around, are not “real hotels “ more like boutique hotel with 10-15 simple rooms. The room is very small and barely facilitated, however it is clean and maintained.

Hotel has clearly just had a great redesign and refit. Bedrooms were really nicely done. Staff were super helpful

Wasn’t aware parking would not be available when we arrived but more expensive parking was available close by. The hotel itself was perfect for our short stay. Loved how close it was to the beach without being on the beach.

I believe this hotel should have more than 3 stars. Maybe they are on a rise when it comes to stars, but I also know 3 stars in France is quite good. I was positively surprised by this hotel, and expected less than I got. I have no complaints whatsoever, and I would go back in a heartbeat for another stay. Close to the beach close to the city center, supermarket nearby (see "grocery store" search in Google Maps). Quite street behind the park in the city center. Nice remote controlled airconditioning even if Hotels . com described the room to have just cool ventilation system. The bathroom was newly refurbished (I think they all are as far as I remember from talking with the receptionist). Pool area is very nice and quiet. I liked the hotel so much that we decided to stay longer. Had a comfort room for 3 days first, and added 4 days in an executive room. Both rooms were very nice.

Super stay and most friendly staff ever

Beautiful hotel. I only stayed one night and immediately the next day wanted to extend a few extra nights but they were booked for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful and lots of guests lounge around it during the day. It's very quiet and relaxing but guests are out and about which is nice. The breakfast looked amazing and the bar by the pool is also nice and convenient. You're also a beautiful 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants .I'd love to stay here again.

Good location. Nice staff. Room needs some basic repairs/ upkeep. Pool was clean. Close to shopping ,restaurants, and Juan Beach. A 5 minute walk to all these. A quiet hotel at night also.

The hotel is nice and clean and quiet despite being centrally located. The photographs however, give the impression of a recent renovation when in reality the place is more old school riviera charm – more families with kids playing in the (very warm) pool than couples lounging around sipping champagne ! Only a one night stay, but got an upgrade and service was very good, and a lovely breakfast outside the next morning. Overall a bit expensive and slightly disappointed as the photos promised something more upscale…

A very enjoyable holiday

The server told me the breakfast was free. It showed up on the bill. It was about $20 because they charged for every cup of coffee. When I asked them about it they became hostile and belligerent. I think they were even hyperventilating. They thought I should pay 20 for the breakfast that they told me was free because the room was at such a discount. The breakfast sucked. The hotel we were at before charged more than $20 for their breakfast and worth every penny. Maybe they should go to the Gran Hotel Grenoble and learn how to make breakfast and talk to customers. I think they need a hurricane brush for the floor of the shower it had a slight film. Making customers aware of how resentful you are of the price you paid for your room completely unnecessary. Nasty.

I had no working hot water and they did NOTHING for me; They acknowledged the problem. They woke me up with a morning delivery: they acknowledged This mistake and still did nothing for me. They had LOTS of gross stains on my comforter. ALL OF THIS and they refused to compensate me. No money back. Not even a comped breakfast. Nothing.

This was such a great spot! Things that I would’ve liked to known before booking... 1.location is AMAZING. A block from the beach, a beautiful park and an awesome walkway along the water/marina. A 15 minute walk to old town on a nice safe street. 2. The hotel is so quiet! Except the church bells that ring 3.super friendly service! The people that work there were so great! 4. There’s only four parking spots, I got lucky and got one! Parking was such a bonus! 5.very dog friendly. I had my dog. She loved laying on the balcony, walking the streets and going to the park. 6. Breakfast consist of yogurt, coffee, two pastries and a bread with spread. 7.small rooms but very updated. Honestly this place surpassed my expectations. Highly highly highly recommend!

We chose this hotel due its closeness to the beach and Antibes and mostly because it was able to accommodate our group of 5 in one room ( its largest suite). The hotel is in a lovely traditional building and offers a bar and pool with sunbeds which was appealing, it is also only minutes from the beach and bars and shops of Juan Les Pins although its a good 25 minute walk to Antibe Old town. Unfortunately the rooms are in need of a deep clean - the furniture have marks which would easily be removed and the bathroom floor tiles are ingrained in dirt which has turned the grout from white to a dirty brown colour. Better quality towels and a lick of paint would make a huge difference. All in all though we enjoyed our stay but there are probably nicer hotels in the area which is a shame as this place has so much potential.

Lovely boutique hotel with close proximity to beach, town, restaurants, shops and bars. Staff are excellent - especially receptionist and bar area - where nothing was too much trouble. Only niggle was that bathroom was tiny and we probably had the smallest room in hotel. As we were only there for long weekend it did not bother us too much - otherwise hotel and staff was Perfect!

The hotel was excellent apart from the shower in the bathroom. The hotel had painted over the tiles and the paint was peeling badly. Also there was a lot of mould around the shower cubicle. The shower cubicle needs a total refurbishment.

The hotel was very well located for access to the town and the public areas were very nice. The bedroom was very clean and quite large however the bathroom was disgusting!, I actually bought a bottle of bleach and cleaned it! The breakfast and drinks at the bar are very expensive (13 euros for a gin and glass of coke) so we went to Le Crystal, about 5 mins walk, every morning for breakfast and just went into town for food and drink. Some review sites say there is a security problem with the hotel, we did not see anything to suggest this but we paid extra to park the car in the car park at the rear of the hotel just in case! Overall I would go back, so long as they promised to clean the bathroom before I get there.
