Completely unaware of how they get away with calling this hotel a 4 star upscale hotel. The decor and facilities may of been of a 4 star hotel 20 years ago but thats not the case anymore. The bathroom is dated and includes a tiny shower, a shower head full of limescale and hairs in the shower. The shelf that holds the toiletries in the shower isn't screwed on well and topples repeatedly. The room itself is again incredibly dated. The technology used (hairdryer, TV, key access system etc.) is decrepit. Our AC settings are decided by the hotel and when you request to change the settings, you're met with attitude by the reception staff. Instead of dealing with the attitude we tried using their spare blankets but we found used plasters on them and decided to go without. The beds are uncomfortable and so, coupled with the other problems, we struggled to sleep most nights. The balcony was a decent size but the drying rack continuously fell off the wall. The location is a small walk to the beach but the town centre is a good 40 minutes.

Welcomed to bloody, buggy sheets only to be switched to another room with mysterious stains on the curtains. The hallways and rooms are reminiscent of a psychiatric institute from the 70s. No artwork or ambiance, unless you count the plastic plants, featuring a half-inch layer of dust. Not a 4-star place….more like 2 on a good day.

The hotel is described as a hotel in luxury style but it is more a good 3-star hotel. The location is very good closes to the beach and free parking is offered. The cleaning is very good and it smells clean in corridors and rooms. The breakfast is OK but the dining room is a bit noisy. I think if you are looking for a middleclass hotel close to the beach this is good but if you are looking for something more upmarket you will be disappointed

The male waiters were rude and arrogant. The dinner was bad, but the breakfast was good. The shower was switching from hot to cold in a second you had to be careful not to be burned. The cleaning of the bath room needs improvement.
Unfortunately we had next to the hotel a big dog barking during nighttime. Not a pleasant stay.

We only stayed for one night. Right outside Terracina city centre (still a bit of a walk to reach the nightlife area) and a few miles from Sperlonga.

It was ok. Clean and near the sea. There was only one kind of bread for breakfast and they should consider in future to include brown bread.

Clean. Great location in proximity to the the beach. Beautiful pool and family friendly. Breakfast was also good quality. Service was also positive.

Excellent location for ferry. 15 min walk to Old Town. 25 min walk from train. We had nice view of waterfront. Coffee and pastries available around the corner. Modern large unit.

No place to buy a drink between the meals at the hotel. Very expensive to have dinner, and when we did one evening, we had cold food and very little to eat. Disappointing. We had our meals other places.

we were in Terracina for a wedding and staying at the hotel Mediteranno was very good indeed. It boasts a great sized swimming pool; very clean water which is always good to see! Inside the hotel the staff spoke moderate english but enough to be understood and get things done! Breakfast was good also, basic but well presented and staff always at hand to help! Our room was with a balcony, basic double room but very good size, always cleaned with fresh towels daily. Would we stay here again??? Yes; if we went back!

Nice swimming pool and close to the beach. Hint: You can easily use the free public bus to downtown Terracina and back. It was our second stay at this hotel.

Beautiful sandy beach. Supermarket close by. Bicycle lanes which encouraged us to have confidence rent bicycles.

Nice hotel not too far to get to beach, very comfortable apart from lumpy pillows, staff friendly and very willing to help. Spotlessly clean, lovely pool with soothing massage (cost extra).

We loved our stay here in every way, our only regret was the ill timed nature of dinner in the restaurant due to understaffing. The staff seems to work extremely hard and maybe they would benefit from a little more help! But we really realky loved our stay here and look forward to coming back!!!

If you go there make sure to dine at Il Granchio Restaurant, best seafood in Italy. i've had dinner there 15 times in past stays never dissappointed! the owners Luca and Daniela will welcome you with a very friendly attitude! a gourmet dining experience to be remember!

This hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable with smart decor. It had a brilliant pool with lots of sunbeds but unfortunately this area had an abundance of flies which proved irritating when you sat by the pool, perhaps it is a problem at this time of year, September. There a few good restaurants nearby but it is a long walk into town.

The hotel was very comfortable and most of he staff very welcoming. However the pool attendant working the afternoon shift appeared to be very unhappy with our group of guests for no obvious reason. He regularly accosted us for even very minor misunderstandings and made little effort to positively interact with our group. Often we were simply doing as the other guests of hotel.

Very nice people, helpful with questions and no problem with English. Two blocks from beach and they have a deal with a private beach where you get two chairs and an umbrella for low price. The pool is huge, and some may prefer that instead of the beach. Close to restaurants and groceries. Not really within walking distance of the town of Terracina, but if you have a car its worth driving to see. Breakfast buffet was fine and the hotel had WiFi in the lobby that reached to the pool and maybe the front rooms. Only problem we had was the first room the A/C wasnt working. Also the power in the room kept switching on and off. We were moved the next morning. The A/C in that room didnt cool very well, but at least it got rid of the humidity, which the first room didnt. Price was a bit high for what you got, but that may be normal that time of year in that location.

I was quite disappointed as I thought the standard would be higher considering the 4 stars and the price. There was no information whatsoever about the place in English, either about the surroundings or the hotel itself, room-service-menues etc. There was very little choice of food in the restaurant which looked more like a canteen than anything else. The so called "satellite-TV" had one foreign channel in Russian only. We had to bring down empty glasses ourselves to the bar as room-service did not include
for them to be collected. The door to the shower didn't close properly, the bikes that they rented out were punctured, the list could go on. But thanks to nature itself and the closeness to the lovely beach we did have a good stay in Terracina.

Very good service, good breakfest, nice pool, they have own paly ground for children but location is good if you wanna go to the beach but if you wanna go out for eating it is quite far a way, You need taxi or bicycle...
