This is a beautiful boutique hotel , very convenient for the main sights of Taormina. Fabulous views and lovely layout throughout. Standards are very high. However what distinguishes this hotel is the friendliness of the staff — really exceptional.

Amazing place with perfect service!

Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Europe. Boutique hotel renewed in 2020 with impecable 5 star service. Karina at the front desk was the best. The rooms are very modern, with spectacular views. We’ve stayed at the Attico sea view room. The hotel is a gem in Taormina. Location is the best. Just a few steps from the cable car, and right by the center town where you cliffs restaurants and shops. Breakfast is top as well.

Located just on the very outskirts of the town, about 5 minute walk from the arch leading onto Corso Umberto (the main pedestrian area), Villa Fiorita is a well designed and tranquil boutique hotel. It's tastefully decorated throughout, has many areas to relax inside and out...the bar terrace being one, and great for an evenings aperitif before heading into town. The pool is a good size with a great sun deck surrounding it with stunning views of the immense coastline. The breakfast room/terrace is also so nicely presented and the offerings all delicious every single day. The room itself was amazing. Incredibly comfortable in every way, immaculately clean and plenty of storage space. The bed was cost and offered a great nights sleep, the bathroom spacious with a huge rainfall shower...we even had a terrace with the view mentioned above (others on this side had a balcony too). The staff are also an incredible credit to the hotel. The reception staff of Iryna, Karina, Annamaria were all very welcoming on arrival (especially after a tricky transfer), but always friendly and helpful with any needs we had. Karina especially helped us out when we decided to extend our stay by two nights. Salvatore at the bar and pool, was always super efficient and friendly...nothing was too much for him, also much the same for Eduardo too. Marija in the Breakfast Room each morning, was also an absolute gem, so friendly and accommodating.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay. From start to finish the staff was super professional, service minded and helped us get an even better trip to Taormina. Edward, is always ready to lighten the mood either by the delicious breakfast buffet or by the pool. The positive energy and wonderful vibes just make the stay even better. You wake up with a smile knowing these people are around!

Stayed here with my partner in April this year and this made our trip. Every member of staff were helpful and friendly, and we really couldn't ask for better! Breakfast was fantastic and we were well looked after every morning. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had beautiful views. Excellent location as well. We'll definitely be back!

The Villa Fiorita is just a gem! We loved this boutique hotel. The room was spacious and modern. The common areas, terraces, and pool were wonderful. The included breakfast offered a huge selection and was of excellent quality. We also had lunch on one of the terraces overlooking the ocean, and it was delicious. Best of all, the staff were incredibly accommodating and offered an exceptional level of service and cheerfulness. We've stayed in many Four Seasons properties. Villa Fiorita offers that level of service and ambiance for a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend!

Villa Fiorita is by far the most beautiful hotel in which we have ever stayed! Our room was spacious with a bid double bed, complemented by memory foam pillows. The bathroom was luxurious with an abundance of towels and a lovely selection of Italian brand Vestige products! But the most attractive part of our room was the outstanding view on the Ionian Sea! A perfect place to flee the stress of work and to relax. Each morning, we had our delicious breakfast (like the towels, the choice was abundant) and were able to spend an hour or two reading on one of the terraces, surrounded by bougainvillea, stretched out on very comfy outdoor sofas. Talk about La Dolce Vita! Staff were so helpful and enthusiastic. Access to the centre of Taormina is very easy, just a few minutes walk. The hotel is near a bus stop, should you wish to travel to Isola Bella or the main train station for only €1.20. Alternatively, if you are not scared like me of heights, almost opposite the hotel, there are cable cars, which will take you downhill in 15 minutes at a return cost of €10. To sum up our experience, this hotel deserves 5, or even 6, stars!! Mille Grazie, Villa Fiorita!

Beautiful facilities close to everything, especially the gondola which takes you down to to Taormina beach. Service was impeccable, brought us dinner from a nearby restaurant, insisted on taking our luggage. Great value! View was amazing.

The property was beautiful and ALL the staff was kind, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. This boutique hotel had amazing views of the bay, and is close to food and shopping. It was such a pleasant surprise. I would stay here again at Villa Fiorita and am recommending this charming place to friends traveling to Taormina next year. Thank you for all of your help!!!

The hotel underwent a complete renovation, showcasing tasteful and elegant design throughout. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and pillows. Quiet room. Our room had a beautiful view. The staff is super friendly, and breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect. It's just a beautiful place to stay.

The property has an amazing view and the facilities are very pristine. The staff was so accommodating and extremely pleasant. Best hotel we stayed at during our multiple weeks all over Italy. Will be coming back again.

The hotel has been recently completely renovated and is lovely - well-designed and with many stylish touches. The location allows for amazing views of the coastline from the room balconies and the common areas of the hotel (pool deck, etc.). The breakfast buffet was delicious and generous in variety. We could walk to all of the main historical sites, shopping and restaurants. Excellent choice for a Taormina visit.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in! It was absolutely beautiful, stunning views from every level and around every corner. Our room was spacious and luxurious, we were very comfortable. The pool was amazing, I wish we had more time to spend by it. The breakfast spread was incredible with so many food options and the beautiful courtyard to enjoy it in was the best way to start the day. The staff was friendly to offer restaurant recommendations and assist with reservations. I only with we had more time to enjoy at this hotel!

Just exceptional in every way. Didn’t feel like a hotel at all …just so relaxing and totally gorgeous interiors and so many terraces to relax on. Although full it never felt busy ….stunning location ..so easy to walk to town ..just 700m to the cable car also. We weee going to stay on the coast but so grateful we didn’t. The pool is lovely also. We will be back for sure.
