we had a perfect stay, i thougth took us for some selebrity for the kindness they showed us, so kind and so serviceminded, clean room, good breakfast, perfekt location, we will go back.

The hotel gave me the key for a room which was already occupied by another guest, including their luggage. They then switched me to a room in which the aircon did not function propery (at more than 30 degrees outside!) and with urine marks on its bedding.

I have stayed in many hotels in Europe but none come up to superb standards I found in Hotel Maiuri. All the staff were welcoming often went well beyond what you expect today.
The room facilities were of the highest quality and everything you could possibly wish for.
The continental breakfast met everyone’s taste and again could not be faulted.
Room cleanliness was immaculate. The lovely garden was an added bonus. I can highly recommend this Hotel.

Fantastic hotel, in a good location, with easy access to the centre of town and tourist sites. Great rooms which were well equipped and clean. Food was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great Staff!! We enjoyed the stay, the walk into Pompeii wasn’t too bad and it was easy access to sushi and pizza spots nearby. Great spot for tourists to stay and a great rate.

The staff was great even though we checked in after 10pm. The hotel was only a 7 min drive to the archaeological site so we were happy

The hotel lies a short drive from the ruins and the cathedral. The rooms are rather small, are in good condition, clean, offering basic comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The breakfast was good but the breakfast room is squeezed. Internet was fast and reliable. The staff was exemplary accurate information and in providing service. Parking is free. Opposite of the hotel is a restaurant and a pizzeria which is popular with local clients.

Extremely clean, spotless! Breakfast was very nice, coffee was delicious. Friendly and polite staff. Basic, safe, and clean hotel. 10 - 15 minute walk to Pompeii ruins entrance. Our stay here was nice.

Very basic, budget hotel. Basically a place to sleep for one or two nights while exploring the ruins which are walking distance away. Surprisingly good breakfast and the staff were outstanding. I'm happy for what I paid. If management is reading this I'd like to point out the excellent service we received from Gianello, the late night front desk staff who checked us in. Friendly, knowledgeable about the area and transportation needs, and just a generally pleasant check in experience.

We stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms with our big “kids”. Hotel M has very Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Parking is safe and convenient. Super friendly owner and staff! The owner goes out of his way to help us get CNG Metano for our car rental! He and the staff also help us find everything — laundry, making our itineraries more efficient, good restaurant… etc . The restaurant across the hotel is superb! 5.0 on trip advisor, and the hotel owns it too. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful!

This family owned property went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. They also were very knowledgeable about the Pompei ruins and were able to guide us on how best to visit. We asked about a taxi and they just drove us to the entrance. Breakfast was great. Cappucino was great. We would stay here again when we come back.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was fine. Walking distance to the train station, restaurants and the ruins (15 minutes). We could hear the traffic from our room and the view from the balcony was underwhelming.

What a lovely family run hotel! The people were all so very friendly and helpful! Great breakfast. We ended up getting a ride to the train station for free. I would love to come back and stay here.

The staff, especially the owner/manager could not do enough for us. From driving us to the station, organising a tour guide to ensuring my friend had Gluten free food. Simply refreshing.The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was lovely.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite small with only 40 rooms and is on the outskirts of town, 10 minute walk to main square, which does mean it is lovely quiet in the evenings. Would recommend this hotel for your trip to Pompeii.

The hotel was amazing, the staff even better! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation in Pompei! Thank you to Mr. Andrea for the hospitality and transportation and Joseppe from front desk! Who’s deffinitely stay here again if I ever return to Pompei, and would Definitely recommend to friends and family! My wife and I were torn between This hotel or hotel Pompei Resort literally next door to it; and we are glad we made the best of the two choices!

Having a hire car this place was picked due to the free parking. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, tidy and love sitting out on a private balcony. Only a short walk to the main square. Great stay.

The front desk wasn't very helpful in ensuring we found the right places to go during our brief stay in Pompei. The hotel is bright and clean, located 5mins from the city centre (15 minute walk) and the front desk and hotel manager/owner were extremely nice. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

A very nice experience, staff were terrific, my adapter for charging phone laptop etc didn't work right, but the staff a front desk lent me one free of charge for my stay. The shower was tiny, but having said that at least it worked well and the plumbing was good, which couldn't be said of everywhere we stayed.

We loved our stay at Hotel Maiuri. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing (coffee, eggs made fresh, croissants and pasteries, fresh fruit, etc), and our balcony had a beautiful view. It was walking distance to the ruins of Pompeii and to the train station, both roughly 15 minutes. Very clean. There is also a great restaurant right across the street, super affordable but AMAZING food and wine.
The only downside I can say was that the WiFi was super slow, which was annoying as I didn't have a data plan so was relying strictly on WiFi, but really not the end of the world -- good to have the excuse to disconnect from reality for a night :)

We stayed here for 3 notes to be centrally located by the sorrento,email coast area and close enough to naples. The staff was very accomodating and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Andrea. He was instumental in getting us tickets to the opera at the theater in the rUins of pompei. Hotel was very clean and located right off the autostart. Would definitely stay in this hotel again
