The people are what make this place so special. Caroline was our first contact and was absolutely lovely. She took care of us during our stay as did Doriane and Elena in the main reception, Christophe at breakfast, Ludovic at the pool. Frank was our ever kind and elegant manager who tried his hardest and best to get the beach back in order after the recent storms. We were not lucky with the weather, but the e-bikes were great and we walked pretty much everywhere we needed to go. We can only imagine what it would be like in good weather. The food was probably average at best for a Relais chateau but there are so many wonderful options nearby so it didn’t detract from our stay. We would love to come again. I had my best sleep in years there! Thank you to everyone there!

Amazing how close to the beach you are and the size of the hotel is just right. The service and atmosphere is very laid back - not formal and pretentious like many other high end hotels. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location with own section of beach although 15 minute walk to restaurants in Juan Le Pins. Comfortable modern rooms and a superb (Michelin star) restaurant. Excellent service across the board with friendly staff always on hand. We went in October and the only bar in the hotel (beach bar ) closed at 9pm so nowhere to get a late night drink in the hotel (except room service) . Valet parking.

The hotel was in an excellent location, only a 10 minute walk to the town.It was stylish and clean and having the private beach was a plus to us as the weather during our stay was superb.Lunch at the beach was excellent and the service throughout our stay was superb.
I always feel that at a 5* hotel it's the personal touches that make a difference when arriving, maybe a welcome drink or fruit/chocolates in your room, unfortunately none were offered here.
The service and friendliness of the staff was 5* though.

From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding. It is what you would expect from. 5 star hotel, but most do not achieve it. The beach manager (Ludovic) and his crew were phenomenal. I was traveling with my elderly mother and he made sure our beach chairs were in the most convenient location for her. Very professional and great demeanor

This was a lovely boutique hotel but constructed on a tight footprint so the pool area was small so we spent all time on beach.
The staff were very friendly and personable. Attentive to all our needs.Very pleased with our stay.
Would only comment that for a 5 star hotel the breakfast was limited and could improve with a greater selection of fresh fruit.

The property itself is fantastic. Design and room comfort is superb. Double category upgrade was provided for us. The only problem of the hotel id the chef and the kitchen. The worse hotel breakfast in my life. Cheese and ham at extra charge. Expired yogurts. Rotten apples. A shame for such a great hotel. Dinner was also poor. Lobster pasta was terrible. Anyway we loved the place.

The hotel is quite new built in a modern design - boutique hotel. I travel a lot and this is one of my best stays ever. Fantastic location, own beach, own beach club, own michelin restaurant. I had an accident with my back during the stay and the staff was overwhelming arranging doctors bought me medicine etc. Will for sure be back.

This is a great boutique beach hotel. It is beautifully decorated in a very contemporary style. The staff are wonderful and we loved the location right on the beach and just 10 minutes from the main town. The food was very good but it was the staff that really distinguished the place.

Generally good experience, room service breakfast was good, service at the sun loungers was sporadic - only 1 waiter during the weekend peak meant that service could be slow.
The beach area was very crowded - it was a public beach, no powered vessels were allowed, so swimming was enjoyable without worrying about being hit by a boat.
Enjoyable stay, we didn't try the restaurant at night, so no comments about it.

Although i accept the hotel was quite empty, we were made to feel excetionally welcome in this brand new hotel.
Having opened in 2009 it received its Relais and Chateaux accreditation in Jan 2010 and this was more than deserved.
we are already booking for later in the summer and we hope this service never slips!!
Only 10 mins walk to Juan or Antibes centres and the perfect base to explore the cote d'azure
