A great little hotel with very helpful staff - a little old fashioned but not in a bad way - and excellently located in the centre of Collioure, including being a 5 minute walk from the railway station, if you’re using public transport. All in all a great experience supported by great staff.

A beautiful period property which is a haven of peace and calm in the bustling town. The garden courtyard is a beautiful place for breakfast. The pool is small but again peaceful area to sit. I cannot praise the staff and owners more highly very very helpful especially the concierge and the reception staff .

Great staff, central location

Amazing location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights in the main building which has been refurbished to a very high standard. Our room was on the top floor and had plenty of wardrobe space etc. The 3rd night we stayed in a garden room. Equally elegantly furnished but less storage space. The bathroom needs updating a little with a walk in shower like the main house. The shower in the bath created slipping hazard sadly, and felt unsafe. Our Labradoodle was welcomed thank you. One tiny gripe; 15€ per night was rather overpriced for dogs especially as our 4* in Paris didn’t charge for dogs at all. 6€ Is more the norm. Finally, breakfast which is included is superb.

This hotel is very well situated, being right in the centre of town and handy for the shops cafes and beach. If you're looking for character, the common areas have plenty. Lovely tiled floors, marble stairs, wrought iron, lush garden etc. The comfort room had beams, arched windows and an antique chest of drawers. However, the decoration of the bedroom/bathroom seemed to be a mish-mash of leftovers. Grey marble around the sink area, cream skirting tiles, a bit of bronze trimming, mushroom coloured paint and melamine wood effect wardrobe. The room was OK but not wonderful, and in spite of us never opening the windows, there were one or two annoying mosquitos in the room. It was good to have a fridge but overall, we felt it wasn’t the best value for money.

Hôtel La Casa Païral is a fantastic option in Collioure. the staff is helpful and welcoming, our room was great and the hotel and grounds are in great condition. We really enjoyed the courtyard and the pool. We had a bottle of wine and some cured meat at one of the courtyard tables and the hotel provided wine glasses, bottle opener and knife for cutting the meat. Worked out great and you could spend a day in the courtyard alone. Breakfast was really nice as well. Also, it is in a perfect location, with easy access to all parts of town. If you stay here and are driving, make sure to book parking in advance. The lot has limited spaces. Make sure to get the parking instructions in advance, since it is impossible to drive up to the hotel. They have easy lot access once you know where to go and what to do, but without instructions, it is a little like the scene in European Vacation. We were super happy with our two day stay here.

The staff were very good, particularly Flo and Christine who were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them whilst looking after us at breakfast. Our thanks go to them both for making us feel so very welcome. Best wishes Flo from "La Table Heureuse"

The hotel was a peaceful refuge from the heat and bustle of Collioure. It is difficult to find with a car but after finding it on foot a member of staff came out and directed us into the parking place. It was difficult to find a lounger at the swimming pool. The breakfast was good but the orange juice could have been freshly squeezed considering the price.

This hotel is a fabulous hidden hideaway. Great location as it is less than a block away from the heart of the shopping/restaurant district of Collioure, there is a grocery store a block away, and yet you feel as if you are in a secluded garden. The pool and garden areas are heavenly - peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect refuge to escape and read the afternoon away if you don't feel like being surrounded by people on the beach. Our room had a tiny balcony from which you could see a sliver of the Mediterranean that was perfect for sitting and enjoying a quiet cup of coffee. We loved our time here and were sad to leave. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in the very center of town. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful as needed. Pool on nicely situated and well maintained, a great relief from the heat. Top floor room was quiet and comfortable

A jewel of a hotel. Breakfast under the magnolia tree. Delicate garden. Cozy pool. Nice room. Helpful staff. Central but quiet location. Only one thing missing: tea maker in the room. Recommend warmly!

Very central. Extremely helpful staff. We did not eat in the hotel and ate every meal out which was totally our choice. We were on the second floor which was tricky as my husband is over 80 . Anyway we declined switching rooms on to a lower level as we were only there three nights and we managed. Therefore check when booking if mobility is an issue as there is no lift

Lovely old school hotel offering a quiet oasis and pool, mere steps from the beaches and restaurants of Collioure. Staff were very helpful. Room was large and in great shape with charming details. WiFi actually worked as it was supposed to, unlike many hotels in France. Collioure itself is perhaps the most charming town IN THE WORLD. Great ocean swimming, beach, restaurants, art, seawall promenade. My third time there and I’ll be back.
