We stayed two nights at the Indigo. We reserved an Executive (Premium) King with soaking bath- shower combo. When we arrived we were told they could not accommodate and gave us a nice King with sofa room. We were told that the room we booked through hotel.com could not be guaranteed and was a minimum three nights stay. We were also told that the room we booked goes for $900 a night, which is not true even on their website. After some discussion, they switched us from the king room without the tub and gave us a Premium room with two queen size beds with a soaking tub shower combo. The hotel also told us that booking through a third-party of any kind cannot guarantee the room type that they give to their guest. I feel like the hotel pacified us by finding a room with the soaking tub (which is the feature we booked the upgrade for) but we paid for the upgraded king room with soakin tub, which cost more than the queen with soaker tub that they gave us (after the initial room). Hotel is within walking distance of shopping, Grove arcade and several nice restaurants. Easy to hear fire trucks from penthouse level and we were awoken several times.

Room was beautiful! Everything was updated. The shower was amazing!! Bed was very comfortable. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

The AC was difficult to control. The air was either too cold or it would suddenly shoot out hot air. Other than that, zero complaints.

Like other Indigo hotels this place has a good vibe and nice decor. The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. And you're in walking distance from all of downtown Asheville's shops, bars and restaurants. I do wish they had bathtubs in their rooms rather than just showers, but my wife and I still enjoyed our stay.

Had to wait an hour past check-in for a room to be ready for us even though multiple other guests
were able to check in without any problem with their rooms available. Had 2 washcloths and 3 towels in the room for 4 guests and housekeeping seemed bothered when we asked for more.

We did the valet parking and it was VERY worth it. Love that they have a bar/restaurant on site, though there are SO many great choices in Asheville.
Great designer put this hotel together. Love how big they made the shower and beautiful tile work.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location. We stayed two nights. Everyone was very helpful. Only issue we had was no housekeeping service during our second day. I had to go and get towels and wash cloths from Front Desk. Otherwise, enjoyed the hotel and would stay again. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was great.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Ticked all the boxes. Can stroll to quaint Ashville shops, restaurants & brewaries. No need to rent a car as the bus stop is outside the hotel door. It'll take ya to bus station and transfer ya to Black Mountain, Biltmore Estates& even the airport, all for $1.00!!!

This was a great suggestion from my daughter, who lives in Asheville. We will be back. Super convenient to everything and everyone was so friendly and accommodating!

We were there for 3 nights. Our room was not serviced once. We asked for a service and tissue, we were out. Our room still was not serviced. We always called for our car, but were told system was down, so we always had to wait once downstairs. We will not stay here again. Darius and front staff were marvelous.

The rooms and general area (bar, lobby) were new and spacious. Location was very easy to walk to places downtown and the Grove Arcade is literally across the street. We did find a trail of dog poop from a big dog in the hallway and I almost stepped in it. The valet parking was an absolute pain also…when you have five people trying to park and another five people trying to leave but only one valet, it ends up being an extremely long wait.

Great location to downtown. Everything is a reasonable walk. Friendly staff and clean lobby and rooms. Is pet friendly and unfortunately got placed in a room next to 2 small dogs that barked every time a door c was opened or closed. Just bad luckbof the draw, butv otherwise stay was great.

Well located hotel to explore downtown Asheville, with comfort to return to afterward. Well appointed hotel with great amenities, but they were short handed on the weekend which made housekeeping care scarce and slow. The Assistant Manager kicked in to address this shortfall to the point of making personal deliveries as needed.
