Had a lovely stay definitley recomend glorious view from balcony

As other reviewers have said, the stunning views are let down by very poor rooms. On the one hand it is fabulous hotel: I will never forget the views, the staff were helpful, the breakfast and dinner were great and the pools were nice. But all this was let down by the very basic rooms being in such poor condition. The beds were uncomfortable and smelt of smoke, the pillows were thin and papery and the bunkbed shook with every move of either child. The worst rpart of the trip for me was going to the room and putting my hand onto the light swich to find the electrics hanging out of the wall, which we paid for.

Beautiful location and offered upgrade for panaramic view. Well worth it. Loved the pools.

View from hotel amazing and definitely the best thing about the hotel. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms hav3 the thinnest walls I have ever come across in a hotel. You can literally hear a conversation in your adjoining room. We had a couple on one side with a happy dog that barked all the time and the couple sat on the balcony smoking meaning that we could not have our window/door open as the smoke came into our room, we could also not take advantage of our own balcony. On the other side there was a family who just made family noise, but we could hear talking, children crying, furniture being moved and cupboards/doors being opened and closed. A suggestion would be to put smokers in the same block and likewise dog owners. Breakfast was good.

The hotel has stunning views of the lake and the staff is very helpful to any concerns. However we dont consider the hotel as a 4 star. Food is below average in selection and quality, water costs 2 EUR, there are no ''free water'' not even at the reception, which is very common even in 3 and 2 star hotels. WIFI costs money too unless you opt for a very slow connection that doesn't work most of the time. its like the hotel is stuck in 1999 where you had to pay for WIFI.

As other reviews we found the hotel a little tired and if honest we were initially a little disappointed. Having said that the view was amazing and did make up for it! Staff were great and gardens were nice, we really enjoyed the pool (with awesome view). The private beach was well worth a visit for us as well. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast at 6 am possible if you want to go kiting

We had stayed at the sister hotel Christina next door before and enjoyed that but were looking for a better room which we found at hotel Pietro in the Panorama room which had amazing views from the balcony.
Complimentary Prosecco for checking in online was a nice unexpected touch.
Great outdoor pools, indoor pool nearly empty so I used that every day to earn calorie points to use later.
Breakfast really nice and again with those amazing lake/mountain views.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
We will visit again.

Breakfast excellent and service too.
The bad - ant infestation in bathroom and bedroom, not dealt with on day of complaint

Well maintained property, excellent location and facility, very well priced and value for money

This is a review, keeping in mind that they consider themselves a 4 star hotel.
First the bad: The hotel is quite run down and not very well maintained. The rooms have not been updated in decades and are not very nice. No safety box in the room. But the room was clean.
The breakfast food was horrible and not very Covid-friendly, with all guests eating at the same time.
The hotel was 100% filled with German tourists, so be ready for sunchairs to be reserved in the morning with towels.
The good: the one and only thing the hotel has going for it is the view, which is very nice.
Also the shuttle into town worked smoothly.
I cannot recommend staying here, nor will I ever be back. I think your time and money can be spent elsewhere.

Great resort, with an astonishing view over the lake.
Swimming pools very well maintained.
Room was big, with a nice view.
Excellent breakfast.
Make sure you use their shuttle if you come by boat in Limone.

Hotel is in a great location with amazing views, shuttle bus runs frequently into the town which is great. Hotel was always spotless clean and breakfast was a nice buffet suitable to everyone's requirements. Only fault would be the evening entertainment but that could of been down to the time of year I visited the hotel maybe it usually has more on during high seasons.

We arrived around midnight and was greeted by friendly staff, although the english could be improved upon. There was a slight mixup concerning our rooms but it was solved rather quickly. The air-conditioning did not work so well in any of our rooms. The rooms were OK but perhaps not up to 4 star standard. The breakfast was good (except for the orange juice). The location is great for families and people who would like a more quiet time. Great for hiking. A lot of good to fair restaurants in the area.

We only stayed one night in the hotel, we had enough towels and also bathing robs, the pool area was large enough so that you didn't have to squeeze in between other people. The breakfast was very good, we were able to choose among a lot of different options.

Loved the view from our balcony and the town and beach is a short walk away ! Swimming in lake Garda was spectacular!

nice view to the lake, frindlly staff, and the pools so cleaning .we enjoy to be there.the hotel appropriate to couples more than families with childrens ..the wifi also was a bad.
breakfast and dinner very good.

A bit limited hotel for kids since they are not allowed to be in one of the pools and no swimming toys is allowed in any of the pools, not even jumping into the pool. Breakfast is ok (not same as in pictures) but dinner buffet at night is not worth it - talk a short walk to closest pizza/restaurant instead. The view is amazing, very friendly staff and it’s a short walk to restaurants and shops.

Amazing views but not sure i would say it was a 4 star. The hotel was pretty basic, breakfast was average. The rooms were clean and tidy and the view from the balcony is pretty special. It suited our needs as we were just using it as a base to sleep.

The view is wonderful and the front desk was very kind and helpful. If your staying ask for the 800 or 700 building I think they may even have a 600 building. The 900 building has the view blocked from the room. The view from the pools and dining were wonderful though. The pool had a ring of dirt around the water line and the lifeguard was just sitting there for hours because no one was in the pool. The last things is that we tried to drive into town and eat and it was impossible to find anywhere to park. This was a huge problem and we ended up driving back without eating. They have a shuttle service which now that we understand the situation we would definitely use it. They also have a sister property and you could use the pool and beach there. lake Garda was breathtaking and I would go back.

Garden is fantastic
Rooms are quite old
The garage is small and dirty
Thanks to the cleaning lady, the day after our arrival we had a double room with one double bed and not tep single ones.
The reception told they could do nothing about it, why that cleaning lady could?
Let' s enrich the bar and the restaurant with real Italian food!!

Limone is spectacular! Hotel San Pietro is great! Nice staff, lovely breakfasts & dinners, amazing view from the balcony, scent of orange & lemon bloom absolutely everywhere + so many options/activities there to make yourself busy. During one evening there was no electricity for few hours in Limone (whole village) despite this I had the time of my life there!

The elevated situation of the complex means that views across Lake Garda from all parts if the hotel are simply stunning. Beautifully kept gardens, filled with scents of roses and orange blossom added to the relaxing ambience. There is a hotel shuttle bus to central Limone for those who might find the walk a little strenuous, but it's actually not too.

Room and service were good, but breakfast was not good (sausages = 100% fat ,...) & to less options to choose for eating.

San Pietro and Christina seem to be one sprawling hotel across the top of the hillside outside Limone.
On the up side the views from the rooms are amazing. On the down side it’s a steepish 15-20 minute walk down into Limone old town. However, it’s a lovely walk. And there’s a hotel shuttle bus during peak times.
The pools and gardens are pleasant. The bedrooms was a bit dated but fine - spacious and comfortable. Towelling bathrobes and slippers, pool towels, and tea/coffee making facilities are provided, which is great.
There is also free afternoon tea and cake. This is a nice touch but a shame they use plastic cups and paper plates. Breakfast and lunch is similarly designed to be easy on the kitchen and the staff.

WiFi. Very poorIt took us over half an hour to find a parking place in underground garageAbout 6 places to park outside onlyRestaurant terribleStaff poorThe best thing was the viewDefinitely not a hotel for the elderly so many stepsI would not recommend this hotel and will not go back there

We were two couples spending a few days travelling around Lake Garda. This hotel was marketed as a 4 star hotel. It was actually a resort hotel run by Parc Hotels. Afternoon Tea was a diy affair with plastic cups. Breakfast was also a free for all with poor quality food. Not in any way comparable with other four star hotels on the same trip. Everything was of the cheapest quality.
Lots of mosquitos in the bedroom. Would not stay there again and would not recommend any discerning traveller to either.

Generally a nice hotel. Parking is tight (we chose it on the basis of the parking as we drove over). It is towards the top of the hill that the main town is built on; most amenities are at the bottom. It is walkable.
We were only on B&B basis but on the first night paid 15 euros each to eat in the resturant. My advice is give it a miss as the food is below par and aimed at the predominantly German clientele. There is a decent resturant on the same road as the hotel just a minutes walk north.
Our room was over the entrance to the parking garage and they make loads of noise each morning when the laundry lorry arrives so if you end up with that room ask to be moved.
We found that the German guests were quite rude. We tended to make an effort to wear decent clothes for breakfast and meals which they did not; ather unsettling to be stared at by so many people, perhaps it is a culture thing but it wasn't appreciated. I would say that for English guests it would perhaps be better to find a hotel which isn't geared up to the Germans to the same regard.
