The staff were hospitable and actually would converse with you. The restaurant was extraordinary. I felt outclassed for a moment but adapted. The ceiling kept me distracted and mesmerized. Breakfast was perfect also
I didn’t find anything. I could probably complain about morning traffic but it wasn’t nothing the hotel could do anything about

Accommodation was very good (room, service, staff, location a.s.o.) - Hotel forgot to mention that parts of their services (Sauna, fitness area) was under reconstruction after a flood from the river nearby. Compensated it with a breakfast and were very friendly about it. I would book again when in Latvia !

Brokastis bija loti labas, kafija garšīga. Bet vislielāko paldies gribu pateikt personālam gan pie viesu sagaidīšanas, gan numuru uzkopšanas personālam. Braucot prom no viesnīcas aizmirsu numurā personīgo mantu, man piezvanīja un laipni piedāvāja paturēt šo manis aizmirsto lietiņu uzņemšanā kamēr man būs iespēja atgriezties Jelgavā un to paņemt. Liels paldies par atsaucību un laipnību!

Classic-style hotel in beautiful Jelgava city center. Free parking right next to hotel. Quadruple room with two double beds was convenient for a family of four. Shops and restaurants nearby. Sights of Jelgava also worth seeing.
Breakfast was ok, but options were limited. No dietary information was provided.

Great location. Beautiful interior. Best smelling hotel I've ever been to. Not like someone is spraying air freshener all the time, but like there is this nice fragrance in the air which gives the feeling that everything is super fresh and clean. Very happy about breakfast because on top of standard hotel food they also offer Latvian classics such as cottege cheese and dark bread.
I liked everything. Thanks to all personel for providing great service!

Great hotel at excellent location.
Just one small complaint - breakfast service was very slow. No plates, no cups to take, you have to ask for everything to be done.

Stylish and conformable, crispy sheets, a possibility to make hot beverage in the room, good breakfast, perfect location, wonderful restaurant nearby. And there is always a bottle of tasty water when you arrive!

Great breakfast, decent room. Very quiet and accessible. Reception was OK ..... but no smiles at all. Secure parking on site. Beds were good and all facilities operational.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the town and the area. The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! They are adding a work out area which is a nice amenity.
The breakfast was expensive and a disappointment. The food was the same all four days we were there and may have been warmed up from previous days. It would be nice to have some variety especially at this price.
